By purchasing a ticket and attending Enter: The Sphere, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticketing & Admission
- Entry is only permitted with a valid ticket (General Admission or SP2 Admission).
- Each ticket is only valid for 1 person.
- All complimentary items are redeemable only during the event hours (8:30 PM – 12:30 AM) and must be claimed in person.
- Attendees must present a valid photo ID and event ticket (digital or printed) at the door.
- Admission is subject to venue capacity and security checks.

2. Age Restriction
- This is a strictly 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo identification will be required for entry.
- Individuals under the age of 21 will not be permitted entry and refunds will not be issued.

3. Alcohol & Vape Distribution
- Complimentary drinks and vapes are non-transferable and will only be provided to attendees who meet the legal age requirements.
- The venue and event organizers reserve the right to refuse service of alcohol or vapes to any individual at their discretion.
- Smoking or vaping is permitted in the vicinity.

4. Behaviour & Conduct
- Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward performers, staff, and fellow guests.
- Any disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in immediate removal from the event without refund.
- No outside food, beverages, weapons or illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

5. Media Consent
- By attending this event, you consent to photography, audio, and video recording that may be used for promotional or commercial purposes by the event organizers and sponsors.

6. Refunds & Cancellations
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizers.
- In the case of postponement, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds may be requested if the new date is not suitable.

7. Liability
- The event organizers, venue partner and sponsors are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the event.
- Attendees assume all risks associated with attendance.

8. Event Changes
- Event details including but not limited to performers, schedule, and sponsors are subject to change without prior notice.
