Eligibility.
I. This competition is open to:
a. Everyone who are 7 years old and above. The 21KM competition (Men Open, Women Open, Men Veteran & Women Veteran) and the prize money offered are applicable to Malaysians and expatriates with working permit/permanent resident status and their immediate family only.
b. Parents are allowed to bring along their children below the age of 7 at their own risk. Parents must take full responsibility of their children’s wellbeing pre, during and after TROPICANA ALAM MUHIBBAH RUN 2025. NO registration is required for children aged below 7 years and therefore they will not be entitled for t-shirt, finisher medal, etc. Organizer cannot be held responsible for the safety and wellbeing of any child below the age of 7 years.
II. TROPICANA ALAM MUHIBBAH RUN 2025 shall be conducted under a set of running event rules. Age qualification will be taken as of 31st December 2025.
Registration.
Everyone needs to register via Online Registration at the registration platform below:

Note :
i. Any online registration that is not followed with online payment will be invalid. Therefore, please ensure the payment is successful when you register.
ii. No refund will be made for wrongful or multiple registration.
iii. Postal entries are not accepted.
iv. The decision of the Competition Committee is final when accepting entries. The organizers have the right to refuse an entry without having to disclose a reason.
Race Pack.
Race pack consists of Running Tee, a number bib and safety pins.
Please be advised that the quantity of the Running Tees’ ordered according to sizes are limited, therefore the distribution shall be carried out on first-come, first-served basis.
Finisher Medal.
Finisher Medals will be distributed at the finish line to all participants.
No claims will be entertained thereafter.
Drink Station.
21KM – 7 stations. (isotonic to be served at alternate stations)
10KM – 3 stations. (isotonic to be served at the 2nd & 3rd station)
5KM – 1 station.
Drinks will be served in paper cups.
Refreshments.
Each participant shall receive 1 bottle of water, 1 cream roll & a banana upon completion of the run at the finish area. No claims will be entertained thereafter.

TROPICANA ALAM MUHIBBAH RUN 2025 RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Tropicana Muhibbah Run 2025 (‘Event’) is organised by Tropicana Alam Sdn Bhd and Zues Event Sdn Bhd (‘the Organiser’).
2. This Event is open to all residing in Malaysia.
3. Any disputes arising from participation in the TROPICANA ALAM MUHIBBAH RUN 2025 shall be referred to Arbitration to be conducted in Malaysia within the Laws of Malaysia.
4. Age qualification is taken as in year of birth.
5. Participants shall agree to participate this Event at his/her own free will.
6. Participants shall abide by the Event Terms & Conditions set forth by the Organiser.
7. Participants confirmed that all information submitted during registration is complete and accurate.
8. Participants below age 18 must obtain consent from their parents/guardian before signing up for the Event.
9. Upon confirmation of participation, change to the category or other details will not be entertained. Any change of category requires a new registration.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to close entries before deadline without any notice or when the quota of a race / start is full.
11. Participants must deem fit to participate in this Event. The Organiser shall not be liable for any accident or mishap which arises as a result of non-disclosure of medical conditions by the participants.
12. Once the participant’s registration has been duly processed, there will be NO refund for participants who do not eventually take part in the Event for whatever reason.
13. Race entry is non-transferable to unregistered runners. Those who are discovered to participate with an unauthorized race number will be disqualified.
14. The Organiser reserves the right to limit, accept or reject any entries without prior notice and reasons.
15. Change in sizes of the race event tee during collection is strictly NOT ALLOWED. Participants must adhere to the race event tee sizes that they have registered for.
16. By signing up and providing any information, personal or otherwise, in order to gain access to and to participate in the Event or any activity(ies) relating to the Event, the participant is deemed to have given expressed permission to the Organiser, Event Manager and the Event Sponsors to use such personal information for marketing, statistical and planning purposes.
17. The Organiser reserves the right to contact the participants from time to time by any means. Any notice sent to the email address provided by the participant during registration shall be deemed as received by the participants. If a participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete or the Organiser has grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the participant's registration. There will be no fee refund upon such suspension or termination of the participant's registration.
18. The Organiser reserves the right to modify or substitute any of these terms and conditions of the Event from time to time as it deems fit. If there is ambiguity in any of the provisions, the Organiser shall be the authority to interpret and in so doing, the Organiser will take into account the interests of all the affected participants.
19. The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event Date and/or time of the Event or cancel the Event at any time without prior notice to the participants, in which case the Organiser will make reasonable effort to inform the participants prior to the Event Date. If the Event has to be cancelled, there shall be no refund unless the Organiser deems fit to give a refund. If the event Date and/or time are changed, there shall be no fee refund to any participant who is unable to participate in the revised date and/or time unless the Organiser deems fit to give a refund. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
20. Participants must run on the designated path for the entire route. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.
21. Sweeper vehicles will be mobilized to pick up participants after cut-off time for each category. Participants are encouraged to board the sweeper vehicles.
22. Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the Organiser to ensure participants' safety, participants partake in this event at their own risks and the Organiser, their sponsors and their appointed officials shall not be liable for any death or injury, loss or damage, suffered or otherwise and howsoever arising.
23. The Organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of inclement weather or any form of acts of God. Should the mentioned persist after the delay, deemed to be unsafe or impossible to proceed, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel the race without any refunds of fees or donations paid unless the Organiser have considerations to give a refund and The Organiser shall not be held liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.
24. All entitlement’s colour, design and material are subject to change without notice.
25. The Organiser and Event's sponsors reserve the right to use any photographs (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings, or any other media records of the Event, for any legitimate purpose as it deems appropriate, including but not limited to advertising and publicity purposes and also for the purposes of announcing the winners in all types of media. By registering for the Event, participants hereby consent to publication or display of their details, including personal details and photographs.
26. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or member communications, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet and/or the Event's Official Website.
27. Participants hereby agree to release, waive and discharge the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees and sponsors from liability from any and all claims arising from the negligence of the Organiser, its employees, and relevant parties including but not limited to (i) personal injury (including death) from incidents or accidents arising from participation in the Event and (ii) any and all claims resulting from the damage to, loss of, or theft of the property.
28. Participants agree to hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees, and sponsors from liability from any and all claims arising from the negligence of the Organiser, its employees and relevant parties (that is defend, and pay any costs, including investigation costs and attorney’s fees) from any and all claims made by other individuals or entities arising from participant’s injury or loss or action due to my participation in the Event.
29. Participants covenant not to take any legal action against the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees, and sponsors for any present or future claim that participants might have. This includes claims resulting from: (i) the inherent risks of physical conditioning, training, and participating in the Event; and (ii) the negligence of the Organiser, its Board of Directors, the Management, employees, and sponsors.
30. All transactions are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
31. Any protests on the official result, kindly write in with evidence to The Organiser within 30 minutes once the result is announced with protest fees RM300 in cash (protest fees is non-refundable).
32. The privacy policy stated at https://www.tropicanacorp.com.my/privacy-policy will be applicable to all the participants of TROPICANA ALAM MUHIBBAH RUN 2025.
