WPAM 2025 Gala Night 

Terms and Conditions :

1. Ticket Purchase & Payment

All ticket sales for the WPAM 2025 Gala Night are final.

*No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted under any circumstances.*

Tickets may be transferred to another individual only with prior written notice to the organizers at least seven (7) days before the event.

2. Event Admission & Check-In

Upon successful purchase, participants will receive a confirmation email from Ticket2U.

Three (3) days prior to the event, a personalized QR code will be sent via WhatsApp by Episode Events.

This QR code must be presented at the check-in counter for entry to the Gala Night.

3. Table & Seating Arrangements

Seating is assigned based on the table selected at the time of purchase.

Partial table bookings (fewer than 10 seats) may be combined with other guests.

The organizers reserve the right to reassign seating due to operational requirements.

6. Dietary Requests

Dietary preferences indicated during ticket purchase will be accommodated where possible.

Requests made after purchase or at the last minute are not guaranteed.

7. Photography & Videography Consent

By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed and recorded.

The organizers may use these photos and recordings for promotional and publicity purposes without further permission or compensation.

8. Liability Disclaimer

The organizers shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the event.

8. Event Changes & Cancellation

The organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, program, or venue as necessary.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, all payments made will be retained and are not subject to refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

10. Third-Party Platform Responsibility

Ticket sales are managed through Ticket2U, a third-party platform.

WPAM and Episode Events are not responsible for technical issues, payment failures, or system errors occurring on the Ticket2U platform.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring they receive a confirmation email upon successful purchase.

11. Accuracy of Buyer Information

Buyers must provide accurate personal and contact details during ticket purchase.

The organizers are not liable for communication issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

12. Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be liable for failure to perform or event cancellation due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.

13. Data Privacy Statement

By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data for event management and communication, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Personal data will not be shared with third parties for unrelated marketing purposes.
