About the Championship

In 2025, Potosan Corner Proshop continues its mission to promote Muaythai sports, especially among the younger generation, to strengthen the well-being and unity of the Malaysian people.

The KL FIGHT League International 2025 Championship is organized to identify and assess the skills of Muaythai athletes with the goal of producing competitive fighters for higher-level competitions. This championship encompasses amateur categories for athletes from every state, as well as semi-pro and pro categories involving local and international athletes.

Terms & Conditions

KL FIGHT League International 2025 - Preliminary Round

Event Date: May 30-31, 2025
Venue: Datum Jelatek, Kuala Lumpur

1. TICKET PURCHASE & PAYMENT

1.1 General Terms

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable except as specified in Section 3
• Tickets are valid only for the specific date and session indicated
• Payment must be completed in full before ticket issuance
• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include applicable taxes

1.2 Ticket Validity

• Each ticket admits one person only
• Original ticket (physical or digital) must be presented for entry
• Damaged or illegible tickets may be refused entry

2. SEATING ARRANGEMENTS

2.1 Seated Event Policy

• This is a SEATED EVENT - all attendees must remain in their designated seats

2.2 Seating Conduct

• Attendees must not block the view of other patrons
• Saving seats for extended periods is not permitted
• Large bags or items that obstruct seating areas are prohibited

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

3.1 Event Cancellation

• Full refunds will be provided if the event is cancelled by the organizer
• Refunds will be processed within 14-21 working days to the original payment method
• The organizer is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other related expenses

3.2 Event Postponement

• If postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date
• Refunds available if attendees cannot attend the new date (must claim within 7 days of announcement)

3.3 No Refund Policy

• No refunds for personal reasons, change of mind, or inability to attend
• No refunds for late arrival or early departure
• Weather conditions do not qualify for refunds (indoor venue)

4. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS & RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Age Requirements

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (18+)
• Children under 3 enter free but must sit on parent's lap (no separate seat)
• Valid ID required for age verification when requested

4.2 Prohibited Items

• Weapons of any kind, including decorative items
• Laser pointers, air horns, or noise-making devices
• Large bags, backpacks, or luggage
• Illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption

5. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR

5.1 Attendee Behavior

• Respectful behavior toward other attendees, staff, and fighters is mandatory
• Discriminatory language, harassment, or threatening behavior will result in immediate removal
• Excessive intoxication may result in refusal of entry or removal

6. HEALTH & SAFETY

6.1 Venue Safety

• Attendees attend at their own risk and must follow all venue safety guidelines
• Emergency exits must remain clear at all times
• Report any safety concerns to venue staff immediately

7. EVENT CHANGES & DISCLAIMERS

7.1 Event Modifications

• The organizer reserves the right to modify the fight card, schedule, or venue layout
• Fighter substitutions may occur due to injury, weight issues, or other circumstances
• No refunds for changes to the fight card or event format

7.2 Limitation of Liability

• The organizer is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property
• Attendees participate at their own risk
• Maximum liability limited to the ticket purchase price

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Event Content

• All event content, including logos, promotional materials, and broadcasts are protected by copyright
• Unauthorized use of event branding or content is prohibited

9. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

9.1 Personal Information

• Personal data collected during ticket purchase will be used for event management only
• Data may be shared with venue security for safety purposes

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1 Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Malaysian law
• Any disputes will be resolved through Malaysian courts
• Mediation preferred before legal proceedings

11. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms may be updated, and attendees will be notified of significant changes.
