Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase & Admission

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted unless the tournament is officially canceled or rescheduled.
• Entry is only granted with a valid ticket. Duplicate, damaged, lost, or stolen tickets may not be reissued.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the venue layout, or seating without prior notice.

2. Code of Conduct

• Spectators are expected to behave respectfully toward players, officials, staff, and other attendees.
• Unsportsmanlike conduct, abusive language, or disruptive behavior will result in removal from the venue without a refund.
• Please remain quiet during points and only cheer between rallies. 

3. Prohibited Items

• The following are not allowed inside the venue: alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, outside food or drink (unless specified), large banners/signs unless approved by the organizer, and noise-making devices.
• Bags may be subject to security checks at entry.
• Any flags entering the venue are subject to size limitations of maximum 1 metre by 2 metres. Additionally, all flags must comply with officially sanctioned flag guidelines as established by the IOC.
• All forms of unauthorized promotional content, commercial advertising, political messaging, religious materials, and offensive displays are forbidden. This policy covers wearable items, visual displays, banners, symbolic materials, documentation, adhesive items, and any materials intended for distribution.

4. Media & Photography

• By entering the venue, spectators consent to being photographed or filmed by event organizers and media, and such materials may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
• Personal photography and video are permitted for non-commercial use only. Flash photography and live streaming are not allowed.
• Camera tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, telephoto camera lenses with a focal length capacity greater than 200mm; video cameras or handy-cams are prohibited. 

5. Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, lost or stolen items, or property damage that occurs on the premises.
• All attendees enter at their own risk.

6. Children & Accessibility

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years old and above.
• The venue is committed to being accessible. If you require assistance, please contact us in advance. 

7. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

• In the event of cancellation or postponement, the organizer will do their best to provide updates via [website/social media/email].
• Refunds or credits will not be issued for cancelled or rescheduled events.
• All published schedules are preliminary and may be amended. The event organizer maintains complete authority to revise any schedule at will, without prior notice or justification, and accepts no liability arising from such modifications.

8. COVID-19 & Health Guidelines

• All attendees must comply with the latest public health and safety protocols as mandated by local authorities or the event organizer.
• The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness.

9. Agreement

• By purchasing a ticket or entering the event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and any additional rules posted by the venue or organizers.
