Building on the sold-out success of Borneo’s largest-ever events, "An Anime Symphony" (2023) and "An ACG Symphony" (2024), we are not just returning; this year, we redefine what a live orchestra stadium concert can be. Presenting to you, The ACG Concert, Borneo's Largest Full Orchestra Animation, Comics, and Games (ACG) Live Stadium Concert.

For the first time ever, The Band Lab ACG concert series takes over Stadium Perpaduan Kuching to deliver a full, two-hour show that promises to be Borneo's largest full orchestra anime live concert. 

Headlining the evening is our featured guest artists, Avantgardey - the sensational Japanese dance group famed for their distinctive bobbed hair, school uniforms, and captivating moves. Known for their mesmerising choreography and dynamic energy, the group has taken the world by storm, earning acclaim on America’s Got Talent and recognition from Vogue Japan as rising stars in 2023.

Not only that, experience the power of a 60-piece full orchestra from The Band Lab, five professional vocalists, and a stunning showcase of pyrotechnics and cutting-edge lighting design, all in the mission of bringing music from the following anime series to life:

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing your transaction.

• Concert Time: 8 PM (Doors open at 7 PM for Seating)

Ticket Terms

• Ticket Sales: All tickets must be purchased exclusively online via our official e-ticketing platform, Ticket2u, and will be issued electronically only.

• Final Sale: All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be made under any circumstances, unless the event is officially cancelled by the Organiser. No refunds will be issued for personal schedule changes, travel disruptions, or performer changes.

• Ticket Issuance: Your e-ticket will be emailed to you after your payment has been cleared. Please contact us if you do not receive it.

• Pricing: The ticket price is set at the time of purchase and includes 12.5% of entertainment tax. However, it excludes handling, ticketing fees, and other charges, unless otherwise stated as "Net Price."

Seating and Admission

• Seating Type: This is a fully seated event. Seats are free within the designated purchased zone (e.g., CAT A, CAT B, etc.). Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis within that zone.

• Admission for Children: Children under 6 years old are not permitted for safety and comfort, as the concert sound levels may not be suitable. Children aged 6 and above must hold a valid ticket. Guests aged 6 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) holding a valid ticket.

• Admission Control: All guests must present a valid e-ticket (with a clear, unaltered QR code) upon arrival. Latecomers may be admitted only during suitable breaks to minimise disruption.

Ticket Security & Resale Policy

• Purchase Limit: One ID can be used to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per transaction.

• Ticket Validity: Each e-ticket has a unique QR code valid for a single entry. Avoid sharing ticket details publicly to prevent misuse.

• Resale Prohibition: The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited, especially above face value or for commercial gain. The Organiser reserves the right to immediately cancel any tickets found to have been resold or used for unauthorised promotions.

• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all tickets purchased under your name. The Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets/wristbands.

Verification and Entry Requirements

• ID Verification: All purchasers must be prepared to present their original IC/valid ID and e-confirmation (with the QR code) for verification upon admission.

• Student Tickets: If a student ticket was purchased, you must present a valid Student ID upon entry. Failure to do so may require you to pay the difference to the standard price or result in denied entry.

• Duplicate Access: If duplicate access is attempted on the event day, proof of purchase must be provided. Failure to present the required evidence will result in denied entry.

• Wristbands (If Applicable): If a wristband is issued during check-in, it must be kept secure and worn for venue re-entry or access control. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, and the Organiser reserves the right to deny re-entry.

Event Changes and Force Majeure

• Performer/Program Changes: The Organiser reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute performers, or change event details (including program times or seating capacity) without prior notice. No refunds or seat changes will be issued due to these changes.

• Delay/Postponement: If the event is postponed, your ticket remains valid for the rescheduled date.

• Force Majeure: The Organiser is not liable for delays, suspensions, or failures resulting from causes beyond our control (e.g., acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or civil unrest).

Conduct, Liability, and Media Consent

• Prohibited Items & Conduct: Ticket holders agree to submit to security screening and bag inspections for prohibited items (including helmets, weapons or sharp objects, heavy objects, fireworks or explosives, drones or flying objects, illegal substances or alcohol, outside food and drinks, professional recording devices, laser or infrared pointers, whistles or air horns, chairs of any kind, luggage of large backpacks, non-foldable umbrellas, large banners, smoking or vaping). Disruptive or disorderly behavior will result in immediate ejection without refund.

• Photography & Recording: Photography, audio, or video recording is not permitted during the event unless expressly authorised by the Organiser.

• Assumption of Risk & Indemnity: The ticket holder assumes all risks associated with attending the event. By attending, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Organiser (Ticket2u, The Band Lab, and all associated parties) from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your attendance or conduct at the event.

• Media Consent: By entering the venue, ticket holders grant the Organiser the right to use their likeness in photographs and video recordings for promotional, archival, and commercial purposes without further compensation or notice.

Cosplay and Prop Guidelines

• Costume Rule: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, all costumes must be family-friendly, modest, non-offensive, and safe/hazard-free. Costumes must also be well-ventilated and must not restrict the visibility of other attendees in the seating area. If your costume is bulky or restricts your vision, you are required to bring a dedicated handler, who must also possess a valid ticket for the event. The Organiser reserves the right to ask you to immediately relocate your seat or remove specific parts of your costume or props if they restrict others' views or pose any safety risk; failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.

• Prop Size Limit: All props are limited to a maximum length of 180cm (approximately 5 feet 11 inches).

• Weapons Policy: Realistic firearms are prohibited. All prop weapons must be made of plastic, wood, or foam. Replica firearms (guns) must have a visible orange tip.

• Prohibited Items: Items like functional bows/crossbows, darts and slingshots, sharp arrows, wooden/metal bats, pyrotechnics/explosives, and laser pointers are strictly forbidden and will be confiscated at entry.

• Amendments: The Organiser reserves the right to amend or change any of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
