ETERNAL LOVE: TIMELESS ROMANCE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. All tickets will be sold online and issued electronically only.

2. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.

3. This is a fully numbered seated event.

4. Seating is auto-assigned based on the best available seats. It is not guaranteed that seats will be assigned together. Please double-check before proceeding, as once assigned, the seats cannot be cancelled or changed.

5. Children aged 4 and above must have a ticket for admission. Children aged 4 to 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult/parent/guardian aged 21 years old and above.

6. Adult ticket holders are responsible for taking note of any entry conditions or restrictions imposed on children’s admission.

7. No admission for infants or children under 4 years old.

8. Ticket price is exclusive of handling fee, ticketing fee, and other applicable charges.

9. One (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction.

10. Do not share your tickets with third parties.

11. If purchasing on behalf of someone else, ensure tickets are only given to the intended person.

12. Multiple ticket purchasers are solely responsible for all tickets under their purchase.

13. If there is any change in Identity Card (IC) information submitted during online purchase, you must produce the current valid IC to Ticket2U customer service for verification.

14. Ticket2U and/or organizer reserve the right to request further documents to verify purchaser identity. Failure to verify may result in denied entry.

15. You must show the e-confirmation and a clear soft copy of the IC used during purchase for registration.

16. Purchasers must show their original IC and confirmation email with QR code upon entry. Failure to verify may result in denied hall entry.

17. Third parties are not allowed entry into the event hall.

18. A valid QR code ticket is required for venue entry. Any alterations or defacing of the QR code may invalidate the ticket.

19. Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. Resold tickets may be cancelled without refund.

20. Ticket2U is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets.

21. In the event of a duplicate ticket scan on event day, purchaser must show proof of purchase. Failure to do so will result in denied entry.

22. Ticket ownership does not confer rights to use or reproduce any symbols, trademarks, logos, or intellectual property on the ticket.

23. Information collected is used per Ticket2U's Privacy Policy.

24. By registering, you consent to receive marketing materials and communications from Ticket2U, the organizer, and event partners.

25. Tickets must be purchased only via https://www.ticket2u.com.my. Unauthorized sources may result in invalid tickets.

26. Providing false or incorrect information during purchase may result in denied event entry.

27. Ticket2U and/or the organizer may refuse entry or eject any person who does not comply with event or venue rules.

28. Tickets are non-transferable and non-resellable.

29. Indoor events will continue regardless of weather.

30. For outdoor events, raincoats will be available for purchase. Shows will continue rain or shine.

31. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

32. In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid unless stated otherwise.

33. Organizer may postpone, cancel, or interrupt the event due to weather or uncontrollable circumstances.

34. No refunds will be provided if any performing artist or group is unable to attend due to circumstances beyond control.

35. Ticket2U/Organizer reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.

36. Attendees agree to searches for prohibited items upon entry.

37. Ticket holders voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, loss, or damage during the event.

38. Organizer may change performers, schedule, seating, or capacity without notice.

39. Photography, audio, or video recording during the event is strictly prohibited.

40. Organizer reserves the right to update these terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.

FAN BENEFIT TERMS & CONDITIONS

41. All VVIP (Cinta Abadi) ticket holders are entitled to one (1) Fan Benefit only, which includes one of the following:
• Meet & Greet with BCL
• Signed Event Poster
• Merchandise
• Complimentary Drinks
• Light Refreshments
• Designated VIP Private Entry Lane

42. Meet & Greet is exclusive to VVIP (Cinta Abadi) ticket holders only.

43. The first 300 ticket holders in any category will be eligible for Soundcheck Access, subject to the following:
• Eligibility based on timestamp of purchase
• Soundcheck passes are limited and granted on a first-come, first-served basis
• Pass holders must follow all event rules, security checks, and guidelines
• Access may be revoked if rules are not followed to ensure safety and event efficiency

44. The organizer reserves the right to change or amend fan benefits without prior notice.

45. All venue, ticketing, and event entry terms and conditions apply.
