1. Registration & Payment
1.1. All participants must register through the official registration platform provided by JCI Malaysia Senate.
1.2. Registration is only confirmed upon full payment of the conference fees.
1.3. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under conditions stated in Section 4.
1.4. Early bird rates apply only within the stipulated period as advertised.
2. Participation Eligibility
2.1. The conference is open to JCI Senators, members, alumni, invited guests, and partners approved by the Organizing Committee.
2.2. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to reject or revoke any registration that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
3. Conference Access & Identification
3.1. Participants must wear their official conference badge at all times during the event.
3.2. Lost badges must be reported immediately. A replacement fee may apply.
3.3. Access to certain sessions or venues may be restricted based on registration category or ticket type.
4. Cancellations & Substitutions
4.1. No refunds will be given for cancellations.
4.2. Substitution of attendees is allowed with written notice at least 14 days before the event, subject to approval by the Organizing Committee.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
5.2. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to remove any individual from the event for misconduct, without refund.
6. Photography & Media
6.1. By participating, attendees consent to the use of their images, video, and voice recordings taken during the event for promotional, archival, or marketing purposes.
6.2. Participants may take photos or videos for personal use, but professional media coverage must be approved by the Organizing Committee.
7. Liability & Insurance
7.1. The Organizing Committee, JCI Malaysia Senate, and its partners are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
7.2. Participants are encouraged to secure their own insurance coverage for travel, health, and personal belongings.
8. Health & Safety
8.1. The event will adhere to the latest health and safety guidelines as per Malaysian authorities.
8.2. Participants must comply with all safety protocols, including temperature checks, mask-wearing, and social distancing if required.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Organizing Committee is not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or pandemics.
10. Amendments
10.1. The Organizing Committee reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the official event website and/or communicated via email.
