2-Day Pass

• The 2-Day Pass purchases will be claimed in the form of a single (1) card entry pass, which will be reused for all 2 show days (13th to 14th September 2025)

• On-site Redemption (Beta-Testing)
  Buy and redeem the passes only during show days, from 13th to 14th September 2025 at ticket redemption counters at the venue.
  
  

Single Day Ticket

• Single Day Tickets (Day 1 or Day 2) purchases will be in the form of a single (1) entry wristband ticket. 

• Only redeemable during show days between 13th to 14th September 2025. No delivery options will be offered for this ticket.

• Single Day Tickets are also purchasable at the ticket counter at the event during event days (13th & 14th September)
  
  

Event Terms and Conditions

• All tickets and entry passes allow re-entry to the exhibition halls for their respective days, but entry to Main Stage and/or other activities is on a first come first served basis, subject to safety and capacity regulations.
• Purchases from Ticket2U must be redeemed for a physical ticket pass for entry into the event by presenting their Ticket2U receipt with QR code. Digital receipts/invoices of transactions will not be accepted as a valid pass/ticket.
• All passes/tickets purchased on Ticket2U are subject to a processing fee.
• Registered OKU and Under 12 visitors may purchase special category tickets at the following link here: http://t2u.asia/e/44943_fbc390b527b342a3a840cb074944fb9b
• By purchasing an event entry ticket and attending the event, you shall comply with all relevant laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations, all rules and regulations of the convention, and all Comic Fiesta policies as spelled out on http://comicfiesta.org.
  
  
  

General Sales Conditions

1. The delivery period will begin from 18th August onwards and ends on 5th September 2025. Any purchases made after the above period, can claim their pass/tickets at the ticket redemption counters during event days.
   - You will receive an email containing a tracking number once your order is ready for delivery.

2. Tickets purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

3. Please ensure that the ticket purchase under you is not shared to any other third party 

4. For those who purchase on behalf of your friend/family please ensure the tickets are only given to the right person.

5. For multiple-ticket purchaser, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase. 

6. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed. 

7. If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required to show the proof of purchase, if you fail to provide evidence, no entry will be allowed.

8. Ownership or possession of the ticket does not confer any rights (by implication or otherwise) on the purchaser to use, alter, copy and/or otherwise deal with any of the symbols, trademarks, logos and/or intellectual property appearing on the ticket.

9. Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order to facilitate ticket or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 

10. The information collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to Ticket2u /organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or authorised parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and any other marketing and promotional activities.

11. Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

    • Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”) and at other authorized ticketing agents on http://comicfiesta.org. In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

12. Delay & Postponement

    • Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are not refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.

    • In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to government actions and directives, adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

13. Cancellation

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to government actions and directives, adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control. 

    • Organizer shall not be held liable for any expenses, losses or damages due to postponement, cancellation or interruption due to circumstances beyond its control.

    • In the event any guests are unable to attend or participate or there are changes in the content, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances 

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

14. Consent

    • During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.

15. Assumption of Risk

    • The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.

16. Changes to Event

    • Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice. 

    • Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

17. Amendments

    • Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
