By registering for and attending the SAMENTA AI Productivity Fest 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Registration & Admission
All attendees must register through Ticket2U and present a valid e-ticket for entry.
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant who is disruptive or fails to comply with event guidelines.
2. Ticket Policy
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the organizer.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
3. Event Program
The event schedule, speakers, and activities are subject to change without prior notice.
The organizer reserves the right to modify the agenda, speakers, or format (physical/virtual) as necessary.
4. Photography & Media
By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and documentation purposes.
Photos and videos may be used by SAMENTA and event partners on websites, social media, or marketing materials.
5. Data Protection
Personal information collected during registration will be used solely for event-related communication and updates.
Your data will not be shared with third parties except for official event partners or when required by law.
6. Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, speakers, and staff.
Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
7. Liability & Safety
The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the event.
Attendees are advised to take care of their belongings at all times.
8. COVID-19 & Health Guidelines
Attendees must follow all current health and safety protocols issued by the venue or government authorities.
The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone showing symptoms of illness.
9. Force Majeure
The organizer shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or venue unavailability.
