Event Guidelines – Let’s Keep It Fun & Safe!

  1. Every child and adult needs a ticket to enter the adventure zone.

  2. All participants acknowledge that they are participating at their own risk. The organizers and sponsors shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damages arising during or after the Event. 

  3. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by organizer

  4. Need to switch your session? Changes are allowed if there’s space – just let us know at least 48 hours before your session.

  5. Please keep your personal items safe – we can’t be responsible for any lost treasures!

  6. No outside food or drinks, pretty please – we’ve got plenty of snacks and cafes nearby!

  7. Let’s all be kind, patient, and respect each other while we play and explore.

  8. There will be photos and videos taken during the event for memories and sharing – by joining, you’re cool with that!

  9. Keep your QR ticket handy (on your phone or printed) – it’s your golden key to enter!

  10. The Didi & Friends crew may update these rules if needed – we’ll keep things fair and fun for everyone!
