Ticket Purchase & Payment

All ticket sales will be processed through Tickets2U.

Tickets are confirmed only upon successful payment.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where stated by the organizer or Tickets2U platform policies.

Ticket Types

Full Day Ticket: Grants access to all sessions throughout the event.

Half Day Ticket: Grants access to either the morning keynote session (9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) or the afternoon workshop session (1:00 PM – 5:00 PM). Attendees must indicate their preferred session during registration. No switching is allowed.

Online Ticket: Grants virtual access via Zoom to the full-day conference. A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants one day before the event.

Group Bookings

Group of 5 tickets must be purchased in a single transaction.

Group tickets are valid only for the full group and cannot be split into individual entries.

Admission

Physical attendees must present a digital ticket (from Ticket2U) during registration.

Entry is subject to verification of ticket and identity at the venue.

Event Schedule & Speakers

The organizer reserves the right to amend the agenda, speakers, or sessions without prior notice.

Any significant updates will be communicated via email or the Tickets2U platform.

Photography & Media

The event will be documented with photos and video. By attending, you consent to the use of your image for promotional purposes.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for misconduct.

Liability

The organizer is not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage during the event.
