Your Running Journey Starts Here – Simple, Structured, and Designed for Real Results ♀️♂️
At LGRA, we believe training should be smart, flexible, and results-driven. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to break your next PB, here’s how we guide you step by step:
Step 1: Subscribe to the LGRA Training Plan
Choose the plan that suits your goals — whether it’s a weekly plan only or full progress review with coach feedback. Once your payment is made, we begin setting up your training journey.
Step 2: Get Added into the Group (within 3 Days)
After confirming your payment, you’ll be added to the appropriate WhatsApp Group within 3 working days.
This group becomes your training base where you’ll receive weekly tasks and communicate with our team.
Step 3: Receive Weekly Training Tasks
Our coaching team – led by Coach Lucky Lo and others – will deliver your training tasks weekly.
These tasks are:
✅ Tailored to your current level
✅ Focused on injury prevention, pace improvement, and running efficiency
✅ Easy to follow and structured weekly so you stay on track
Step 4: Submit Your Homework (Optional – Based on Your Plan)
If you’ve selected the Progress Review Plan, you’ll be added into a private group with your coach.
Here, you can:
✔️ Submit your completed workouts
✔️ Receive personalized feedback weekly
✔️ Ask questions and stay accountable
If you’ve chosen the Plan-Only Option, you’ll stay in the main group for your level. You’ll still receive guidance and group updates — perfect for self-paced learners.
Step 5: Progress Monitoring & Adjusted Plan
We don’t believe in “one size fits all.”
As you progress, your plan will evolve to match your pace, strength, and goals.
Your coach (if you’ve selected the review option) will monitor your improvement and make changes accordingly.
