1. Ticketing & Admission
1.1 This is a free-admission event, but online registration via Ticket2U is mandatory for entry.
1.2 Walk-ins without a valid e-ticket will not be admitted.
1.3 One (1) ticket set is allocated per successful registration.
1.4 Digital tickets are accepted. Attendees must present their e-ticket (with a visible QR code) at the entrance for scanning.
1.5 Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.
1.6 Children aged 4 and above must have their own ticket. Children under 4 may attend but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
1.7 Each registered ticket is tied to the individual participant.

2. Entry & Venue Rules
2.1 Gates open at 6:00 PM. Please arrive early to secure preferred spots.
2.2 Re-entry is allowed with a valid scanned e-ticket.
2.3 Attendees are subject to security screening and bag checks at entry points.
2.4 The following items are strictly prohibited:
 – Weapons or sharp objects
 – Glass containers
 – Drones
 – Professional audio/video recording equipment
2.5 The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed to pose a risk to safety or security.
2.6 Personal photography and phone video recording are permitted. However, professional gear requires prior written approval.

3. Food & Beverage
3.1 No outside food or beverages are allowed into the venue.
3.2 Sealed water bottles or items required for medical/dietary needs are allowed.
3.3 Food and drinks will be available for sale at Grandeur Labs and the event bazaar.

4. Safety & Weather
4.1 The event will proceed under normal weather conditions.
4.2 In the event of severe weather or emergencies, announcements will be made via the organiser’s official Facebook page and onsite communications.
4.3 Attendees are advised to bring umbrellas or ponchos in case of rain.
4.4 In case of emergencies, follow the guidance of on-site staff and security personnel. Emergency exits and first-aid points will be clearly marked.

5. Accessibility
5.1 The venue is located on grassy terrain and may be challenging for wheelchair users.
5.2 Accessible toilets are available on-site.
5.3 Strollers are allowed, but access may be limited in congested or reserved areas.

6. Transportation & Parking
6.1 Parking is available at EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Grandeur and Grandeur Labs.
6.2 A dedicated drop-off and pick-up point will be located at EcoWorld Gallery @ Eco Grandeur.

7. Liability & Conduct
7.1 Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organiser is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or theft during the event.
7.2 Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and respectfully toward other guests, staff, and performers.
7.3 The organiser reserves the right to remove any person who is disruptive or fails to comply with the event guidelines.

9. Amendments
9.1 Ticket2U and the organiser reserve the right to supplement, add, change, or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at their sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

 Register for your free ticket online via the Ticket2U event page—advance registration is mandatory.

2.2 Can I buy tickets at the door?
 No. All attendees must pre-register online. Walk-ins will not be accepted without a valid e-ticket.

2.3 Is the event free?
 Yes—this is a free‑admission event. However, tickets must be obtained on Ticket2U in advance.

2.4 Do I need to print my ticket or is digital okay?
 Digital tickets are acceptable. Ensure the QR code is clearly visible and scannable on your mobile device.

2.5 What should I do if I didn’t receive my e‑ticket?
 Check your email spam/junk folder or retrieve it from your Ticket2U account under "My Ticket".

2.6 Are tickets transferable?
 No, tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold.

 Yes, if you retain your e‑ticket and it remains valid.

3.2 What items are not allowed inside the venue?

3.3 Is there a bag check?
 Yes—security screening with bag checks is conducted on entry.

3.4 Is there a dress code?
