Event Introduction

This year, we proudly present the Klang Royal City Marathon 2025 at a brand-new location in Klang City. Marking the final edition of the 'Run Together Towards A Sustainable City' series, the event coincides with Klang’s Car-Free Day. It also aims to commemorate this historic milestone in line with the city’s vision of becoming the ‘Royal City of Klang and Sustainable Heritage.’ Lace up and be part of this memorable journey!

Race Pack Collection Details

I understand that by participating in this event, I must agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Participation in the event carries risks of injury or death from various causes, and participants must be aware of the hazards involved.
2. Participants must be appropriately trained and in good physical condition to compete in the event.
3. Participants release all individuals and organizations associated with the event from any liability for injuries or damages and indemnify them against claims arising from participation.
4. Participants consent to receiving necessary medical treatment during or after the event.
5. Participants acknowledge the importance of safety precautions and their responsibility to understand and follow them.
6. Participants agree to the use of their name, image, and likeness for event promotion and the use of drones for capturing event footage.
7. Participants are responsible for the security of their personal possessions.
8. Entry fees are non-refundable.
9. In the event of cancellation due to circumstances beyond the organizers' control, entry fees will not be refunded.
10. Participants agree to their name and contact details being included in the event database for promotional purposes.
11. Participants agree to comply with all race rules and directions from the event organizer.
12. Participants consent to any necessary changes in the event format due to unforeseen circumstances.
13. If under 18 years old, participants require a legal guardian's approval and supervision during the event.

 14. All the medals, shirts, and e-certificates are currently in the proposed design stage and are subject to further confirmation and finalization.

By participating in the event, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions and release from liability.
