Malaysia Semiconductor Recruitment Day (MSRD) 2025 is a four-day career event happening from 8–11 October 2025 at Hall 6, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC). It brings together over 30 top semiconductor companies and thousands of job seekers, ranging from students and fresh graduates to experienced professionals in engineering, E&E, and computer science.
The event is structured in two parts:
8–9 October: Career Exhibition & Resume Workshop
These two days focus on industry awareness and preparation. Participants can explore company booths to learn about career opportunities in the semiconductor sector. Resume workshops, led by PERKESO, will also be available to help job seekers refine their resumes and get ready for recruitment activities. No interviews will be conducted during this phase — it is designed to help participants engage, explore, and prepare.
10–11 October: Career Fair & Recruitment Activities
The final two days are dedicated to active hiring and talent matching. Employers will be conducting on-site interviews, screening resumes, and meeting shortlisted candidates directly at their booths. Additional stage activities, including employer talks and recruitment showcases, will run alongside booth-based engagements to help companies highlight their opportunities and attract top talent.
MSRD 2025 plays a key role in supporting Malaysia’s national semiconductor agenda by fostering strong connections between companies and the future workforce.
