SLAMFEST 2025 – TICKETING & EVENT TERMS 

Filming & Content Creation

•Live streaming of any part of the event is strictly prohibited.

•Full match recordings are not permitted and must not be uploaded to any platform.

•Personal recordings for short-form content, reactions, or highlights are allowed—we encourage you to tag @apacwrestling and use the official event hashtag #Slamfest2025.

•APAC Wrestling reserves the right to request the removal of any content that violates these guidelines or misrepresents the event.

Admission & Ticket Policy

•All guests must present a valid, scannable ticket for entry. No exceptions will be made.

•Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. In the event of a rescheduling, all tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds will only be issued if the event is officially canceled and not rescheduled.

•Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

MEET & GREET ACCESS, UPGRADES & GUIDELINES

• Included: Ringside and Aisle Seat tickets include full Meet & Greet access (excluding Raj Dhesi).
• Raj Dhesi Exclusive Session: Only 100 upgrades available at RM150/person, exclusively for Ringside, Aisle Seat and Standard Seat holders. (This was initially unplanned but due to overwhelming requests, we have decided to give you what you want)
• All Meet & Greet sessions include a brief interaction and professional photo opportunity. Autographs are not guaranteed and may be limited due to time.
• Full Meet & Greet schedule will be published and updated soon.
• Please be on time. Sessions run on a strict schedule — late arrivals may be denied entry without refund or rescheduling.
• APAC Wrestling reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions due to operational needs or unforeseen issues. If advance notice is given, no refunds will be issued.

BNPL Sale Announcement 

• Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option will be available starting 22/07 for all ticket tiers.

Seating Information

• Slamfest operates on a free-seating basis within your selected ticket section.
• When purchasing your ticket, you will choose a specific section or area (Ringside, Aisle, Standard Seating, Grandstand, etc)
• Within that section, seats are not assigned—they are first come, first served on event day.
• We strongly encourage fans to arrive early to secure the best available seats within their chosen section.
• Saving seats for late arrivals is discouraged out of respect for other guests.

Code of Conduct

•We expect all attendees to show respect toward fellow fans, staff, and performers.

•Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive behavior—whether verbal or physical—will result in immediate removal without refund.

•APAC Wrestling reserves the right to deny entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Arena & Safety Rules

•Do not attempt to touch or enter the wrestling ring or performance area under any circumstance.

•Any unauthorized access to restricted areas will result in immediate ejection and may lead to legal consequences.

•Fans must follow all venue safety instructions and directions from event staff.

Prohibited Items

•Strictly prohibited: Weapons, fireworks, illegal substances, or any item deemed unsafe by security personnel.

•Professional cameras, audio or video recording equipment (e.g., DSLRs, camcorders) are not allowed without prior written approval.

•Outside food and beverages may be restricted, subject to venue policies.

Risk & Liability Notice

•Attendance is voluntary and at your own risk. The event may include loud sounds, special effects, lighting, and pyrotechnics.

•APAC Wrestling is not liable for personal injury, property loss, or damage, unless directly caused by gross negligence.

•APAC Wrestling reserves the right to refuse entry or remove individuals who violate any of the above policies.

Event Schedule & Changes

•The event lineup, match card, and timings are subject to change without prior notice.

•APAC Wrestling reserves the right to make necessary alterations in the interest of safety, logistics, or creative direction.

Weather & Force Majeure

•Slamfest will proceed rain or shine, unless weather conditions threaten public safety.

•In the event of cancellation or rescheduling due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified with instructions.

Health & Safety Guidelines

•All attendees must comply with venue-specific health protocols, including any active COVID-19 or communicable disease measures.

•By entering the venue, you consent to security screenings and potential temperature checks if required.

Minors, Children & Family Attendance Policy

• All attendees under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or older at all times during the event.

• Children under 12 are welcome  but must be accompanied by an adult with a valid event ticket and must have their own ticket.

• Infants and toddlers (under 4 years old) may attend but must have their own ticketed seat or be carried by an adult at all times.
• For safety and crowd flow reasons, strollers and carriers with wheels are not allowed inside the seating or arena areas.
• Due to the loud environment, special effects, and large crowds, parents and guardians are strongly advised to consider whether a live wrestling event is suitable for very young children.
• APAC Wrestling reserves the right to refuse entry or request removal in cases where a child’s presence causes a disruption or safety concern.

Safety Issues

•For safety and crowd control reasons, infants, toddlers, and strollers are strongly discouraged. The loud environment, sudden pyrotechnics, and large crowds may not be suitable for very young children.

•APAC Wrestling reserves the right to deny entry or request removal if a child’s presence poses a safety concern or disrupts the experience for others.

Re-entry Policy

• Please plan accordingly—ensure you have everything you need before entering the venue, including personal items, medication, and merchandise cash/cards.
• Re-entry is generally not permitted. However, if allowed at the discretion of event or venue staff, it will require:
  • A valid event wristband (intact and worn),
  • Proof of ticket purchase or digital check-in, and
  • Passing through security screening upon re-entry.
• Re-entry privileges may be revoked at any time due to crowd control, safety, or security considerations.
• Abuse of re-entry privileges (e.g. attempting to bring in prohibited items or bypass security) will result in immediate removal without refund.
