☑ Kindly inform our team if the onboard passenger is having physical/ psychological issues (pregnant, vestibular vertigo, afraid of height &, etc)
☑ Flight might be postponed or rescheduled due to bad weather conditions, airspace closure, and unforeseen circumstances occur to risk the flight
☑ Cancellation within 24 hours will not be refunded
☑ Cancellation by the client will incur RM200/ 5% (whichever higher) administration charge from the invoice amount
☑ Photography and videography are STRICTLY PROHIBITED in the hangar
