SWEATFEST Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket and attending SWEATFEST, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Minimum Age Requirement
   • Entry is only permitted for individuals aged 12 years and above.
   • Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
2. Ticket Policy
   • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
   • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
   • Each ticket admits one person only and includes an official SWEATFEST T-shirt and medal.
3. Entry and Identification
   • A valid ID may be required for age verification at entry.
   • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who fails to comply.
4. Health & Safety
   • Participants are advised to consult a doctor before taking part in any physical activity.
   • By entering, you confirm that you are physically fit and capable of participating in high-energy workouts.
   • The organizer will not be held responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during the event.
5. Dress Code & Gear
   • Participants must wear proper fitness attire and shoes.
   • Please bring your own towel and water bottle to stay hydrated.
6. Prohibited Items
   • No outside food or drinks (except water bottles).
   • No sharp objects, illegal substances, or dangerous materials.
   • Bags may be subject to security checks.
7. Photography & Media
   • This event will be photographed and filmed.
   • By attending, you consent to being recorded and your image being used in future promotional materials.
8. Weather & Venue
   • The event will proceed rain or shine.
   • In the case of extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event.
9. Code of Conduct
   • Respect all staff, instructors, and fellow participants.
   • No disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
   • Anyone violating rules may be removed from the venue without refund.
10. Organizer Rights
    • The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the lineup, schedule, and event flow at any time without prior notice.
