💡 What Is Sub 2 and Sub 4?

  • Sub 2 Half Marathon = Running 21KM in under 2 hours (average pace: 5:41 min/km)

  • Sub 4 Full Marathon = Running 42KM in under 4 hours (average pace: 5:41 min/km)

📜 Terms & Conditions – LGRA Training Plans

By signing up for any LGRA Training Plan (including Sub 2, Sub 4, or First-Time Marathon Programs), you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Eligibility

  • Training plans are open to individuals aged 16 and above.

  • Participants must be medically fit to engage in endurance training. If unsure, please consult a doctor before starting the program.


2. Payment & Access

  • Full payment must be made upfront to access any training plan.

  • Plans are delivered via email or WhatsApp within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Add-on services (e.g., Video Feedback, Virtual Coaching) are charged separately and renewed monthly if continued.


3. Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable, including if a participant chooses not to start or cannot complete the plan.

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions or feedback delays caused by late video submission.


4. Plan Validity

  • Each training plan is valid for the intended duration only (e.g., 4, 8, or 16 weeks).

  • Any add-on coaching services expire after the stated period and do not carry over to the next month unless renewed.


5. Video Feedback & Virtual Coaching

  • For best results, video submissions should be recorded during daylight with a clear side view.

  • Coach feedback will be provided within 3–5 working days after video submission.

  • Feedback slots are limited each month and assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.


6. Training Results

  • While LGRA programs are designed to improve performance, results may vary based on individual effort, lifestyle, and adherence to the plan.

  • LGRA does not guarantee Sub 2/Sub 4 completion without full commitment from the runner.


7. Copyright & Usage

  • All LGRA training content is copyrighted and intended for personal use only.

  • Redistribution, resale, or sharing of the training plan or coaching content is strictly prohibited.


8. Amendments

  • LGRA reserves the right to update or modify any part of the training program, services, or terms without prior notice.

  • Continued use of the training plan after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
