By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.

1. Ticket Admission

• Each ticket admits one (1) person only.

• Entry will be granted solely to ticket holders with valid proof of purchase.

2. Seating Arrangement

• All seats are numbered and assigned based on ticket tier and a first-come, first-served (FCFS) ticketing basis.

• If you wish to be seated with friends or in a group, tickets must be purchased together in a single transaction.

• Seat changes on the event day are strictly not allowed, as planned activities are structured according to seat numbers.

• The event team reserves the right to modify assigned seating on the event day to provide a closer or better view for certain segments. Attendees must follow all seating instructions provided by event staff.

3. Recording and Audience Conduct

• Attendees are not permitted to stand or block the view of others during the fanmeeting and performance. Please remain seated unless instructed otherwise.

• Certain portions of the event may prohibit photo or video recording. During these times, mobile phone usage for recording is strictly not allowed. Please comply with all instructions from the event team.

4. Ticket Policy

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued under any circumstances after purchase.

• You may transfer or resell your ticket to another individual at your own responsibility and with your consent.

• Please double-check your ticket details—including event day, ticket tier, and food selection—before confirming your purchase. For any changes or amendments after the transaction, you must contact the ticketing platform directly.

5. General Conduct and Compliance

• Attendees are expected to follow all event guidelines and directions from the event organizers and staff.

• Disruptive behavior or failure to comply with instructions may result in removal from the venue without refund.
