Terms and Conditions

1. Ticket Purchase& General Conditions

• Each ticket admits one (1) individual only.
• All tickets are digital, sold online, and issued electronically through authorised platforms.
• A single IC/passport may be used to purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction.
• Ticket prices are fixed at the point of purchase confirmation and may include additional charges such as handling, ticketing, and platform fees.
• All ticket sales are final. For refund, postponement or transfer policies, refer to Section4.

2.  Seating, Zones & Access

• Hati & Jiwa (VIP) and Kasih Setia zones feature numbered seating assigned on a best available basis at the time of purchase. No changes or special requests will be entertained post- purchase.
• Nadi Cinta is a free-standing zone.
• All other zones are free seating and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each ticket holder is allowed entry only into the zone for which the ticket was purchased. Zones will be clearly barricaded and monitored. Cross-zone movement is strictly prohibited.
• Re-entry into the venue is not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any removal, tampering, or duplication of the ticket’s QR code may result in ticket invalidation and denied entry.

3. Admission Policy

• No entry is allowed for infants or children under six (6) years old.
• Children aged 6 to 15 years must hold valid tickets and may enter only General Admission or Seating zones, accompanied by a parent/guardian aged 21 and above.
• Every individual, regardless of age, must have their own valid ticket.
• Entry will be allowed only with a valid QR code and matching original identification (IC or passport).
• If the ticket was purchased on behalf of someone else (e.g. via fan club, ticketing proxy, or third-party service), the final ticket holder must present:
  • The QR code confirmation email, and 
  • A clear copy (digital or printed) of the original purchaser’s ID/passport, OR
  • Any additional documentation requested by Ticket2U or the Organiser for verification. Entry will be denied if the identity of the attendee cannot be reasonably verified, or if the ticket is reasonably suspected to have been resold, transferred unlawfully, or misused.
• The Organiser reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who poses a safety risk, violates venue rules, or behaves in a disruptive or unlawful manner. No refund will be provided in such cases.

4.  Weather, Delays, Postponement & Cancellation

• This is an outdoor event and will proceed rain or shine. Attendees are advised to come prepared for changing weather. Support measures for weather comfort may be provided at the organiser’s discretion.
• All ticket sales are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the Organiser.
• In the event of a postponement, tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid for the rescheduled date unless communicated otherwise.
• The Organiser reserves the right to delay, interrupt, reschedule, or cancelthe event due to weather, technical issues, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• No refund or compensation shall be made for changes to the artist lineup, performance duration, stage layout, or setlist.
• If any scheduled performer is unable to participate for reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, the event will proceed and no refund will be issued.
• Ticket2U and/or the Organiser reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any such changes will not affect the validity of tickets already purchased unless communicated officially.

5.  Security, Entry & Safety

• Security checks including bag inspections may be conducted at the entry point.
• Prohibited items include (but are not limited to):
  • Outside food or drinks
  • Alcohol, illegal substances
  • Weapons, fireworks, sharp objects
  • Drones, professional cameras, or recording devices.
• Attendees are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and conduct at all times.

6. Media, Photography & Intellectual Property

• By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These may be used for promotional and archival purposes.
• Mobile phone photography is allowed. Use of professional recording equipment is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing.
• Possession of a ticket does not grant rights to use the organiser’s logos, brand marks, or event visuals for any purpose.

7. Identity Verification

• If identity details cannot be verified or do not match the original purchase, the Organiser and Ticket2U reserve the right to request supporting documents or deny entry.
• In the event of duplicate QR code scans, entry will be granted only to the ticketholder who can provide valid proof of purchase and identification that matches the original transaction.

8.  Personal Data & Communications

• Ticketing information is collected to process purchases and ensure entry control.
• By completing a transaction, ticketholders agree that their data may be used by the Organiser or authorised partners for event-related communications, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

9. Acceptance & Final Notes

• Purchasing or holding a ticket implies acceptance of all terms outlined above.
• The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any such changes will not affect tickets already purchased unless officially communicated.
• The laws of Malaysia shall govern any disputes or matters arising from this event.
