Ticketing Terms & Conditions:

• Customers are required to select their preferred visitation date and time upon booking.
• Booking confirmation must be presented at the cashier counter.
• Physical tickets must be redeemed at the cashier counter.
• Children below 3 years old enter free of charge with accompanying adults.
• Child tickets are valid for children under 13 years old and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
• Guests aged 13 and above are required to purchase an adult ticket.
• Senior citizens aged 60 and above, as well as individuals with disabilities, are eligible to purchase tickets at RM68. MyKad or a disability card must be presented at the cashier counter for verification.
• All guests are required to comply with the rules and regulations displayed at DurianBB Academy as a condition of entry.
• No refunds will be provided in the event of inclement weather, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances.
• Tickets are not valid with other discounts, promotions, privileges, or loyalty programs.
• Tickets are not exchangeable for cash. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or accepted.
• Expired tickets will not be accepted, and strictly no extensions will be granted.
• If the ticket type purchased does not correspond to the actual age of the attendee (e.g., an adult purchasing a child ticket), the price difference must be paid on-site.
• Tickets are not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, privileges, or loyalty programs.
• Tickets are non-exchangeable for cash. Lost or damaged tickets will not be replaced or accepted.
• Expired tickets will not be accepted. Strictly no extensions will be granted.
• DurianBB Academy reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.

Rescheduling

● One-time rescheduling is permitted with a valid reason, and the management of DurianBB Academy reserves the right of final approval.

● Requests must be submitted at least one (1) working day prior to the selected visitation date.
