🎟️ Harmonious Horizons 2025 – Ticket Terms & Conditions

Thank you for supporting our annual concert! Kindly read the following terms and conditions carefully:

1. Ticket Validity & Entry

  • Each ticket admits one person to one concert session only (Session 1 or Session 2).

  • Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the theatre during a session.

  • Please present a valid e-ticket (printed or digital) at the entrance for admission.

2. Seating Allocation

  • Seating is divided into three zones: Zone A, Zone B, and Zone C.

  • Please select your ticket according to your preferred zone.

  • Seating within each zone is first come, first served. Early arrival is encouraged.

3. Infants & Children

  • Infants below 3 years old do not require a ticket but must be seated on a parent’s lap throughout. No seat will be provided.

  • If stroller space is needed, please inform us in advance. Space is limited and available by request.

  • Children aged 3 and above must have their own ticket.

4. Audience Conduct

  • Please set all mobile devices to silent mode.

  • Video recording is allowed, but flash photography is strictly prohibited to avoid distracting performers.

  • Enter and exit the hall only during appropriate breaks to minimize disruptions.

5. Ticket Policy

  • All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • The organizer reserves the right to reschedule or adjust event details in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

6. Complimentary Tickets

  • Complimentary tickets will be issued by the school admin.

  • Eligible participants will receive their e-tickets accordingly before the event.

  • Complimentary tickets are also zone-based and follow the same seating policies.

7. Safety & Compliance

  • All attendees must comply with venue regulations and instructions from event staff.

  • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to anyone behaving inappropriately or breaching any terms.
