Enjoy FREE pickleball racket rental with a refundable RM100 deposit (includes 2 rackets and 1 ball). Simply head over to the Li-Ning Store (Lot 4.21.00, Level 4 – Orange Zone) to collect your set.

1. All information provided by the participant is true and accurate to the best of their knowledge.

2. This activity is open to all participants and is subject to the terms and conditions set by the organiser.

3. Participants acknowledge that this is a physical activity and confirm that they are in good health and physically fit to participate.

4. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organiser shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred before, during, or after the event.

5. The organiser reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants. Any false, inaccurate, or misleading information provided may result in immediate disqualification from participation.

6. Participants grant permission for any photos or videos taken during the event to be used by the organiser for internal documentation, publicity, marketing, and commercial purposes, including but not limited to social media platforms, websites, and printed materials.

7. All payments, returns, and disputes related to deposits or paddle rentals are solely managed by Li-Ning. Participants agree to direct all such matters to Li-Ning. Pavilion Bukit Jalil shall not be held responsible for any rental arrangements, transactions, or disputes made outside of Li-Ning’s official system.

8. The activity will be held at Level 2, Pink Zone (Near Ecotopia), Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

9. Slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a slot is booked, it will no longer be available for other participants.

10. Bookings are non-refundable and timing changes are not permitted once a booking is confirmed.

11. Participants are advised to arrive on time for their booked session. Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled booking time, with no extensions provided.

12. Pavilion Bukit Jalil reserves the right to add, amend, delete, substitute, or withdraw any of the terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

13. All decisions made by Pavilion Bukit Jalil are final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
