Annual Magic Pass – Terms & Conditions
1. The Annual Magic Pass is issued to one (1) named pass holder only.
2. The pass holder is entitled to unlimited admission to Snowlim Wonderland for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
3. The Annual Magic Pass is strictly non-transferable and may only be used by the registered pass holder.
4. As a Birthday Privilege, the pass holder may bring one (1) guest FREE within three (3) days before or three (3) days after their birthday.
5. A valid MyKad or official identification must be presented to verify the birthday privilege.
6. The birthday complimentary guest benefit is valid once (1) per calendar year only.
7. Children below twelve (12) years old must be accompanied by a paying adult or a valid Annual Magic Pass holder.
8. The Annual Magic Pass is non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-resalable.
9. The pass cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, vouchers, discounts or special packages unless otherwise stated by Snowlim Wonderland.
10. The pass holder must present the Annual Magic Pass upon every visit.
11. Lost, damaged or stolen passes will not be replaced unless otherwise approved by Snowlim Wonderland Management.
12. The Annual Magic Pass is valid during normal operating hours only and does not guarantee priority entry during special events, private functions, maintenance periods or temporary park closures.
13. All visitors must comply with Snowlim Wonderland's Park Rules and Safety Regulations at all times.
14. This Annual Magic Pass is available exclusively to Malaysian citizens. A valid MyKad is required during purchase, registration and verification.
15. Snowlim Wonderland reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice, refuse admission, suspend or terminate any Annual Magic Pass in cases of misuse, fraud, non-compliance with park rules or any breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Management's decision shall be final.
