2. By entering immersify you agreed to our Rules.
3. Pets are not allowed to the park
4. It is recommended to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If a work e-mail was used for the transaction and the confirmation e-mail has not been received, please check the Spam folder. It is possible that the confirmation email has been marked as Spam. However, if no e-mail confirmation or E-Ticket was received, please contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
5. Cancellation / “No Show” Charges: The immersify management reserves the right to impose charges on the total number of tickets reserved in the event of any last minute cancellation / “no show” on the day of arrival once a reservation has been confirmed.
6. If the Passenger provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the immersify management has grounds to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the immersify  management may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Passenger’s registration for the trip or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
7. Passengers are required to present their E-ticket (Printed/soft copy) confirmation at the counter for verification purposes.
8. Confirmed registrations are transferable to any other persons. However it is required for passengers to notify the immersify management of any transfer of tickets to ensure the correct Passport/Identification number is submitted for insurance purposes.
9. The immersify management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any exhibits due to maintenance or stop operations during adverse weather conditions due to safety concerns.
10. The immersify management reserves the right, at its own discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
11. Missed Bookings policy: If a guest misses their scheduled, immersify management reserves the right to reschedule the new session ticket based on availability upon request.
