Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions:
1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Ticket Sales:
• Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded, or returned unless the event is canceled.
3. Pricing and Payment:
• All prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and include all applicable taxes.
• Payment must be received in full for tickets to be valid.
4. Event Changes and Cancellation:
• We reserve the right to change the event date, time, venue, or cancel the event.
• In case of event cancellation, purchasers will be offered a full refund. For changes, no refunds will be issued.
5. Refund Policy:
• Refunds are only provided in the event of a cancellation.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 90 working days
• All purchase are final NO REFUND
6. Lost or Stolen Tickets:
• We are not responsible for any tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Lost tickets will not be replaced.
7. Use of Tickets:
• Tickets are issued to the buyer and are non-transferable.
• Reselling of tickets is prohibited. Breach of this condition will result in cancellation of the ticket without refund.
8. Limitation of Liability:
• Our liability for any loss or damage suffered by ticket purchasers is limited to the ticket price paid.
• We are not liable for any indirect losses or damages, including but not limited to travel expenses or accommodation costs.
9. Privacy Policy:
• Personal information collected during ticket sales will be used solely for the purpose of processing ticket orders and not shared with third parties, except as required by law.
10. Right to Refuse Admission:
• We reserve the right to refuse admission or eject attendees for any reasonable cause, including but not limited to, behavior deemed disruptive or dangerous.
11. Amendments to Terms:
• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice
Acknowledge that I am attending the event . I understand that there are inherent risks associated with attending and participating in a live sporting event, including but not limited to:
1. Risk of injury from flying objects, debris, or equipment.
2. Risk of injury from falls or collisions with other spectators.
3. Risk of injury from participating in activities or promotions.
4. Risk of injury from any unforeseen accidents or incidents.
In consideration for being allowed to attend and spectate , I hereby release and discharge the event organizers, their officers, employees, agents, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Organizers") from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, causes of action, costs, and expenses, whether at law or in equity, whether known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with any injury, damage, or loss that I may sustain while attending the event.
I understand and agree that this release extends to any claims for personal injury, property damage, or wrongful death caused by the negligence, gross negligence, or willful misconduct of the Organizers or any other third parties.
I also acknowledge and agree that by attending the event, I assume all risks and responsibilities for my own safety and well-being, and I agree to comply with all event rules, instructions, and guidelines.
I understand that this is a legally binding agreement, and I have read and fully understood its terms and implications. I voluntarily and knowingly accept and assume all risks associated with attending the event, and I waive any rights I may have to bring legal action against the Organizers for any injuries or damages I may suffer.

Dengan meneruskan pendaftaran ini, anda dengan itu bersetuju dengan semua terma, syarat, dan pernyataan.
Fighters or applicants must provide true, honest and accurate fight records. You must provide both amateur and professional records. Even if you have not fought Kickboxing before, as long as your previous fights have stand up striking element, you must declare accordingly i.e. Western Boxing, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, etc.
In the event, if the organizers finds out that the fighter has provided false or inaccurate information, the organizer reserves the discretion to:
A) cancel the fight and/or
B) ban the fighter from participating in any future MFN events

Fighter atau pemohon mesti menyediakan rekod pertarungan yang benar, jujur, dan tepat. Anda mesti menyediakan rekod amatir dan profesional. Sekiranya anda belum pernah berlawan dalam Kickboxing sebelum ini, selagi pertarungan sebelum ini melibatkan unsur pukulan berdiri, anda mesti mendeklarasikan dengan sewajarnya iaitu Tinju Barat, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, dan lain-lain.
Dalam keadaan di mana penganjur mengetahui bahawa pegulat telah memberikan maklumat palsu atau tidak tepat, penganjur berhak untuk:
A) membatalkan pertarungan dan/atau
B) melarang pegulat daripada menyertai sebarang acara MFN pada masa depan.
The Fighter agrees to pay a registration fee of RM95 to participate in this competition, which is non-refundable upon voluntary withdrawal (including but not limited to injuries, sickness and non-attendance). In the event that the Organizer fails to match the Fighter successfully or if the Fighter's opponent withdraws, the registration fee will be refunded.
Fighter bersetuju untuk membayar yuran pendaftaran sebanyak RM95 termasuk yuran pemprosesan untuk menyertai pertandingan ini, yang tidak boleh dikembalikan sekiranya pegulat menarik diri secara sukarela (termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada kecederaan, penyakit, dan ketidakhadiran). Sekiranya Penganjur gagal mencari pasangan dengan berjaya atau jika lawan Fighter menarik diri, yuran pendaftaran akan dikembalikan.
In the event of the inability to secure an opponent for the specified match, a full refund for the ticket payment will be issued to the respective fighter.
Dalam keadaan tidak dapat mendapatkan lawan untuk pertandingan yang ditentukan, pemulangan penuh bagi pembayaran tiket akan dikeluarkan kepada pejuang yang berkaitan.

Kanak-kanak yang tingginya kurang daripada 95 cm layak membeli tiket kanak-kanak berharga RM50 (tanpa tempat duduk), manakala kanak-kanak yang tingginya 95 cm atau lebih perlu membeli tiket mengikut skala harga.
Children must be shorter than 95cm to be eligible for child ticket priced at RM50 without seat, while children taller than 95cm must purchase tickets according to price scale
