LAC Malaysia reserves the right to close registrations without prior notice once the quota for the workshop is full, even if it is before the deadline.
Each ticket is valid for one person only (1pax) and cannot be shared between 2 pax. Sharing a ticket between multiple participants is strictly prohibited. Participants found violating this policy may be disqualified from the session without a refund.
E-tickets for “Menopause Workshop by LAC” are non-refundable once purchased, but are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant by notifying us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event.
Participants must present their ticket confirmation email for admission on 20th September 2025 (Saturday) at The Kitch’n Club. Any last-minute participation will not be accepted.
Please note that a RM2.00 processing fee will be added on top of the stated ticket price.
Should the event be cancelled/postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of LAC Malaysia (including heavy rain, thunderstorms, disasters, or public rally), no refund will be made, and LAC Malaysia shall have no further responsibility and/or liability thereafter.
LAC Malaysia will not be held responsible for any issues relating to parking at the venue, loss of personal belongings, or food allergies. Proper vigilance must be exercised by all participants.
Additional expenses outside of the event program at the venue are borne by the participants.
By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the event. LAC Malaysia reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the event with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials, including social media channels, websites, and print material, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you. If you do not wish your photograph to be taken at an event, please notify the photographer during the event and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request.

1. What time should I arrive? Can I still join if I'm late?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the event begins to give you enough time to check in and get ready. Please note that late arrivals may not be allowed to join sessions to avoid disruption.
2. Can I still register on the event day?
No, pre-registration is required, and walk-ins will not be accepted. Be sure to lock in your spot early!
3. Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, we will provide sandwiches and juice for all attendees. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in the remarks section when you register. Additionally, there is a cafe on-site where you can purchase other food and drinks throughout the day.
4. Is parking available? Do I need to pay?
Yes, free parking is available at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis.
5. What if I can't make it to the event? Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable once purchased. However, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. If you wish to do so, please email us at [email protected] at least 24 hours before the event. All participants must present their ticket confirmation email to receive their official event wristband for admission.
