General

• A large number of participants are expected on the event day. Please take good care of your personal belongings and watch your children at all times to prevent loss or accidents.

• This event is by pre-registration only. On-site registration will only be available if there are remaining slots. We strongly recommend registering in advance to secure entry.

• The Organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any part of the Event. Updates will be announced on the official website and social media.

Venue Facilities & Safety

• The Event will be held inside a shopping mall. Nursing rooms and diaper changing areas are available at mall facilities. Please bring your own necessities (e.g., diapers, hot water, etc.).

• For safety reasons, no stroller rental will be provided. Entry with strollers may be restricted depending on crowd conditions. We recommend bringing a baby carrier or sling.

• Parking spaces around the venue are limited. We encourage using public transportation (such as MRT, bus, etc.).

• Parking fee reimbursement is not provided.

Booths, Activities & Responsibility

• If participants provide personal information to exhibitors, or accept services, products, samples, or trials from them, it is considered a personal action. The Organizer shall not be responsible for such interactions.

• Event giveaways and lucky draw prizes are strictly prohibited from resale or auction. Violations may result in disqualification.

Photography & Media Use

• By completing registration, participants agree that the Organizer may use photos, videos, or audio recordings of the Event, including participants’ likeness and voices, for promotional, advertising, and documentation purposes.

• Such materials may be published across various media (including online, news, advertising, TV, and other digital platforms) and in Malaysia or overseas.

• The Organizer may authorize its event partners to use such materials when necessary.

Personal Data Collection & Use

• Personal data collected during registration (such as name, phone number, email address) will be used only for event administration, communication, insurance, and future event notifications. All information will be protected in accordance with applicable laws.

• Participants have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data. However, incomplete information may affect participation in the Event or related services.

Others

• The Organizer reserves the right to supplement, amend, or interpret these Terms & Conditions at any time. In case of discrepancies, announcements made on the official website, social media, or on-site will prevail.
