1. Ticket Purchase & Admission / Pembelian Tiket & Kemasukan / 购票与入场

• Each ticket admits one person for the selected date & time slot.
  Setiap tiket untuk seorang pada tarikh & slot masa yang dipilih.
  每张票仅限一人在指定日期与时间入场。

• Present a valid e-ticket or QR code for entry.
  Tunjukkan e-tiket atau kod QR yang sah.
  入场须出示电子票或二维码。

• Starverse may refuse entry for non-compliance.
  Starverse berhak menolak kemasukan jika tidak mematuhi syarat.
  未遵守条款者可能被拒绝入场。

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a guardian.
  Kanak-kanak bawah 12 tahun mesti ditemani penjaga.
  12岁以下儿童需由监护人陪同。

• Identity check may be required; wrong ticket type may incur extra charges.
  Semakan identiti mungkin diperlukan; tiket salah mungkin perlu caj tambahan.

• Follow all safety instructions from staff.

• No food, drinks, smoking, vaping or dangerous items.

• Starverse is not responsible for personal belongings.
  Starverse tidak bertanggungjawab atas barang peribadi.
  Starverse 不对个人物品负责。

• Some experiences may not suit certain medical conditions.
  Sesetengah aktiviti tidak sesuai untuk keadaan kesihatan tertentu.
  部分体验不适合特定健康状况者。

• Attractions may pause for safety or maintenance.
  Aktiviti boleh dihentikan untuk keselamatan atau penyelenggaraan.

3. Photography & Media / Fotografi & Media / 摄影与媒体

• Starverse may record images/videos for promotion.
  Starverse mungkin merakam gambar/video untuk promosi.
  可能会进行拍照或录像用于宣传。

• Personal photography allowed unless restricted.
  Fotografi peribadi dibenarkan kecuali kawasan terhad.
  个人拍摄允许，除非区域有限制。

• Flash, tripods or professional gear may be restricted.
  Flash, tripod atau peralatan profesional mungkin dihadkan.
  闪光灯、三脚架及专业设备可能受限。

4. Refunds, Rescheduling & Cancellations / Pemulangan, Penjadualan & Pembatalan / 退款、改期与取消

• All tickets are non-refundable unless cancelled by Starverse.
  Tiket tidak boleh dipulangkan kecuali dibatalkan oleh Starverse.
  除 Starverse 取消外，票券不可退款。

• Rescheduling requires 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  Penjadualan semula perlu 48 jam awal, tertakluk pada ketersediaan.
  改期需提前48小时，视供应情况而定。

• Wrong ticket category is non-refundable but may be upgraded by paying the difference.
  Kategori tiket salah tidak boleh dipulangkan tetapi boleh ditingkatkan dengan bayar perbezaan.
  错误票种不可退款，但可补差价升级。

• Late arrival or no-show may result in forfeiture without refund.

• Offensive behavior or harassment will result in removal without refund.

• Terms on Ticket2U at the time of purchase apply.

• Management’s decision is final.
