• Official Merchandise Samsons Live in Malaysia – Kenangan Terindah can be purchased at Ticket2u from 1 September 2025 until 9 October 2025.  
• You may choose Collect Your Merchandise  —  Merchandise collection will take place at Idea Live Arena, 3 Damansara, on 9th November 2025 from 6PM onwards at the Merchandise Collection Counter.
• You may choose to receive your purchase conveniently through postage.
• The shipping fee will be RM10 for Peninsular Malaysia and RM17 for East Malaysia.
• The purchase available for valid ticket holders or non-ticket holders.
• Kindly provide confirmation/proof of purchase (physical or virtual copy) when collecting the merchandise.
• The price of the merchandise is not inclusive of the processing fee. All prices are subject to processing fee.
• Purchased items are not refundable or exchangeable for cash.
• The sizes and quantities are pre-selected upon purchase and are considered final. No exchanges are allowed. Please include all details as requested; missing information will not be accepted.
• Items must be checked/inspected upon collection for any defects. No exchanges or refunds allowed thereafter.
• The Organisers reserve the right to make changes to the product design, details, size, quality & collection method without any prior notice.
• The pictures shown are for illustration purposes only. The actual colour of the item in person may vary from the colour shown in the pictures.
