Terms & Conditions – Event Tickets
1. Ticket Purchase & Entry
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket and matching ID proof.
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, except if the event is canceled by the Organizer.
E-tickets must be presented digitally or printed for entry.
2. Pricing & Payment
All ticket prices include applicable taxes and charges.
The Organizer reserves the right to revise ticket prices at any time before purchase.
3. Children’s Age Policy
Children below 3 years – Free entry (no separate seat).
All children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
4. Event Rules & Regulations
Attendees must follow all venue and event rules.
Security checks are mandatory; prohibited items are not allowed.
The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove attendees for misconduct, illegal activity, or disruptive behavior.
Re-entry may not be permitted once you exit the venue.
5. Online / Virtual Events (if applicable)
Access links are unique per ticket and must not be shared.
The Organizer is not responsible for attendee-side technical issues (internet, device, software).
Unauthorized recording, streaming, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling
No refunds/exchanges unless the event is canceled by the Organizer.
If canceled, a refund will be processed (excluding service fees).
If rescheduled, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refund requests (if any) must be made within the given time frame.
7. Liability & Safety
The Organizer is not responsible for personal injury, theft, or loss of belongings during the event.
Attendees participate at their own risk and must follow safety instructions.
8. Media & Promotion
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
The Organizer may use such content for promotions without compensation.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected during ticket purchase will only be used for event-related communication in line with our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia-KL
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of [Malaysia-KL]courts.
