Terms and Conditions for LUFNIVERSAL STUDIO Fundraising Event (6 - 10 October 2025)
By purchasing a ticket for the LUF Sports Fundraising Event organized at Level Up Fitness Xpress in Bintulu, Sarawak, from 6 to 10 October 2025, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Valid Ticket
All participants must present a valid ticket upon entry to the gym and specific classes sessions. Each ticket entitles the holder to the services purchased (gym entry) and cannot be shared.

2. Ticket Redemption and Use
·Tickets can only be used for the event dates specified (6-10 October 2025).
·You must present your ticket before entry or the session. Each class or session ticket is valid for one-time use only.
·If the ticket buyer purchases multiple tickets for others, they must ensure that the full name, IC number, and contact details of the ticket holders are provided correctly. This information is necessary for seamless entry, as we will verify the identity of the ticket holder upon entry.
·Participants who have purchased multiple tickets must redeem their tickets separately for each class or session they attend.
3. Adherence to Schedule
Participants are required to follow the event schedule, reach early before class time if attending the class and follow any instructions given by event organizers, trainers, or staff members. The instructor has the right to decline participant's to avoid risk of injury if the participants arrives late for class and missed any warm up session.

4. Changes to the Event
The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, trainer availability, or class offerings due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor unavailability, weather conditions, or technical issues.
5. Refund Policy
All ticket purchases are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, non-attendance, or no-shows.
6. Waiver of Liability
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the event, participants acknowledge the inherent risks involved in physical exercise, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, or other injuries. Participants certify that they are in good health and fit to engage in physical activities. The event organizers, trainers, and the gym shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from participation in the event. Participants assume all risks and responsibility for their participation.
7. Medical Conditions and Fitness to Participate
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the event. If you have any existing health conditions or concerns, please consult your physician before attending. If you feel unwell at any time during the event, please refrain from participating and notify the event staff.
8. Personal Property
The event organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought to the event. Participants are advised to not bring any valuables to the gym and to take care of their belongings.
9. Photography and Media Consent
By attending the event, participants grant the organizer permission to capture and use their photographs, videos, or other recordings for marketing and promotional purposes without any compensation. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the event staff upon entry.
10. Data Collection and Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, participants consent to the collection and use of their personal data by Level Up Fitness and its partners for the purposes of event management, marketing, and communications. Personal data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. Postponement or Cancellation
In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or other factors beyond the control of the organizer, the event may be postponed or cancelled. In such cases, participants will be notified, and no refunds will be provided.
12. Compliance with Gym Rules
Participants are expected to comply with all gym rules and regulations, including proper use of equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and respecting other participants. Failure to follow gym policies may result in removal from the event without refund.
By purchasing a ticket and participating in the LUFNIVERSAL STUDIO Fundraising Event, you agree to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
