• 参赛者须在活动前认真阅读 重要通知、条款与条件及官方规则。
  All participants must review the Important Notice, Terms & Conditions, and Official Rules before the event.
• 如对自身健康状况有疑虑，参赛者应事先征询医生意见。
  If you have any doubt regarding your health condition, please consult your doctor before participating.
• 报名参加  【覺·啓】家庭日健康跑  （以下简称“活动”），即表示每位参赛者（如参赛者未满18岁，则由父母、监护人或法定代表人代理）已阅读、理解并同意受本条款约束。报名和参与活动即构成对所有规定的遵守承诺。
  By registering for Family Health Run (the “Event”), each participant (or parent/guardian/legal representative if the participant is under 18) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. Registration and participation constitute an agreement to comply with all rules.
• 所有报名费用 不予退还。如报名者在报名表上提供虚假资料、未完成付款，或不符合参赛资格，主办方有权拒绝其参赛。
  All entry fees are non-refundable. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry if false information is provided, payment is incomplete, or the participant does not meet the eligibility requirements.
  
  
  

1. 主办单位 Terms & Conditions

本活动由 【覺·啓】身心靈嘉年華 主办（以下简称“主办方”）。

The Event is organized by I AM AWAKENING CARNIVAL (the “Organizer”).

2. 活动详情 Event Details

• 日期Date：2 November 2025
• 集合时间 Assembly time ：6:30 AM
• 地点Venue：巴生仙境古城 Fairy Park Heritage City

活动类别与资格 Categories & Eligibility

3.1 竞跑 Race | 5KM

开放给 18岁及以上参赛者。Open to participants aged 18 years and above.

年龄计算截至 2025年12月31日。Age is calculated as of 31 December 2025.

3.2 家庭趣味跑 Family Fun Run | 3KM 

3.2.1 参赛资格 Eligibility

• 此类别仅限 携带狗或猫的参赛者。
  Open only to participants with dogs OR cats.
• 参赛者可携带多只宠物，但所有宠物必须始终在控制之下。
  Multiple pets per participant are allowed but must be under full control.
• 宠物与主人必须一同起跑并完成旅程。
  Pets and owners must start and finish together.
• 12以下须由 监护人/成人陪同。
  Participants aged below 12 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian.
• 年龄计算截至2025年12月31日。
  Age is calculated as of 31 December 2025.

3.2.2 宠物要求 Pet Requirements

• 仅限家养宠物。
  Only domesticated pets are allowed.
• 宠物必须全程拴上不超过2米的牵绳。
  Pets must be leashed at all times (leash not exceeding 2m).
• 可使用宠物推车。
  Pet strollers are permitted.
• 鼓励在适当情况下佩戴口套。
  Muzzles are recommended in appropriate cases.
• 建议主人携带狗证，以符合法规。
  Owners are encouraged to carry dog licenses for compliance.
• 宠物须全程由主人控制。
  Pets must remain under owner’s control at all times.

疫苗要求 Vaccination Requirements

• 必须接种狂犬疫苗，并完成核心疫苗（犬瘟热、肝炎/腺病毒、细小、犬副流感；强烈建议接种钩端螺旋体病）。
  Mandatory rabies vaccine and full core vaccinations (distemper, hepatitis/adenovirus, parvovirus, parainfluenza; leptospirosis strongly recommended).
• 参赛者须随时准备出示疫苗证明。
  Owners must present vaccination proof upon request.
• 未符合要求者，主办方有权拒绝参赛。
  The Organizer reserves the right to deny participation if requirements are not met.
• 如有疑问，请于报名前联系主办方。
  Please contact the Organizer before registration if in doubt.

3.2.3 领犬人要求 Handler Requirements

• 领犬人必须 18岁及以上。
  Handlers must be 18 years or older.
• 年龄计算截至2025年12月31日。
  Age is calculated as of 31 December 2025.

3.2.4 禁止犬 种Prohibited Breeds

以下犬种禁止参赛：秋田犬、美国斗牛犬、巴西非拉犬、日本土佐犬、阿根廷杜高犬、那不勒斯獒犬、比特斗牛梗、牛头梗、獒犬、德国牧羊犬/阿尔萨斯犬、罗威纳犬、加纳利獒犬、杜宾犬。
The following breeds are prohibited: Akita, American Bulldog, Brazilian Mastiff, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier, Bull Terrier, Mastiff, German Shepherd/Alsatian, Rottweiler, Perro de Presa Canario, Doberman.

3.2.5 清理责任 Clean-Up Responsibility

• 主人须自行清理宠物排泄物并投入垃圾桶。
  Owners must clean up after their pets and dispose of waste in bins.
• 须自备清理袋或工具。
  Owners must bring their own waste bags/tools.
• 不遵守者可能被警告或取消资格。
  Failure to comply may result in warnings or disqualification.
  
  

3.2.6 主人责任与免责 Owner’s Responsibility & Waiver

• 主人须对宠物行为、安全、健康全权负责。
  Owners are fully responsible for their pets’ behaviour, safety, and health.
• 若宠物需医疗，费用由主人承担。
  Owners shall bear all veterinary costs if medical care is required.
• 主办方与兽医单位对宠物伤害、事故不承担责任。
  The Organizer and veterinary partners are not liable for injuries or accidents involving pets.
• 若宠物造成他人、动物或财产损害，主人须承担全部责任并赔偿。
  Owners are liable for any damage or injury caused by their pets to other participants, animals, or property.
• 主人须确保宠物已训练、健康并适合参加。
  Owners must ensure their pets are trained, healthy, and fit to participate.

3.3 主办方权利Organizer’s Rights

主办方有权在任何时候拒绝或取消报名（包括比赛当天），若参赛者或其宠物被视为存在安全风险、违反守则或不符合资格，不退还费用，主办方决定为最终决定。

The Organizer reserves the right to reject or disqualify participants (including on race day) if the participant or their pet poses safety risks, violates the rules, or fails to meet eligibility. No refunds will be issued. Decisions by the Organizer are final.

4. 报名事项 Registration

4.1 报名即表示同意主办方及合作伙伴收集、使用个人资料用于营销、统计、策划及保险用途。
Registration constitutes consent for the Organizer and partners to collect, use, and process personal data for marketing, planning, statistical, and insurance purposes.

4.2 主办方可通过任何方式联系参赛者，发送至报名邮箱的通知视为已送达。
The Organizer may contact participants by any means; notices sent to the registered email are deemed delivered.

4.3 若资料虚假或不完整，主办方有权取消报名且不退款。
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel entries with false or incomplete details without refund.

4.4 主办方不对因报名资料错误或遗漏引起的纠纷负责。
The Organizer is not liable for disputes caused by errors/omissions in registration.

4.5 报名确认后，因退出或缺席不予退款。
No refunds for withdrawals or absence.

4.6 T恤尺码允许±2寸误差，确认后不可更换。
T-shirt size may vary ±2 inches; size selection is final.

4.7 物品（T恤、号码布、奖牌、礼包）设计和颜色可能调整，恕不另行通知。
Event items (t-shirts, bibs, medals, race kits) are subject to changes without notice.

4.8 遇不可抗力（如烟霾、暴雨、天灾、恐怖袭击等）活动可能取消，费用不退。
The Event may be canceled due to force majeure (haze, storms, natural disasters, terrorism, etc.); no refunds will be given.

参赛规则 Race Rules

• 必须全程佩戴号码布。
  Bib numbers must be worn at all times.
• 参赛风险自负，主办方不承担伤亡或损失责任。
  Participants enter at their own risk; the Organizer is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage.
• 强烈建议参赛前进行健康检查。
  Health checks before participation are strongly encouraged.
• 如身体不适，须立即停止并通知医护人员。
  Participants must stop and seek medical help if unwell.
• 遵从医护或工作人员指示，必要时退出赛道。
  Participants must follow instructions from medical staff or officials, including leaving the course if required.
• 主办方不负责个人财物遗失或损坏。
  The Organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings.
• 主办方有权随时修改条款，并在报名平台公布。
  The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, with updates posted on the registration platform.
• 主办方有权更改日期、地点或取消活动，不退款。
  The Organizer reserves the right to change the date, venue, or cancel the event without refund.
• 对因网络、系统、邮件问题导致的错误不承担责任。
  The Organizer is not liable for errors caused by internet, system, or email issues.
• 报名即表示同意个人资料使用于活动运营及宣传。
  Registration constitutes consent for personal data to be used for event operations and promotional purpose.

媒体授权 Media Release

• 参赛者同意主办方使用其影像、声音、照片、录像作宣传之用，不另行支付报酬。
  Participants consent to the Organizer’s use of their image, voice, photographs, and video recordings for publicity and promotional purposes, without compensation.
• 主办方可将活动期间拍摄的资料用于相关或未来活动。
  The Organizer may use any materials recorded during the event for related or future events.

行为守则 Code of Conduct

• 严禁骚扰、辱骂、不当行为或携带危险物品。
  Harassment, abuse, inappropriate behaviour, or carrying dangerous items is strictly prohibited.
• 主办方有权取消违规者资格。
  The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate the rules.

竞赛包领取 Race Pack Collection

• 必须在指定时间领取。
  Race packs must be collected at the designated time.

• 未领取者视为放弃（除非另行说明）。
  Failure to collect will be considered a forfeit (unless otherwise stated).
• 特殊情况下可申请邮寄，费用由参赛者承担，主办方不负责运输风险。
  In special cases, participants may apply for delivery at their own cost; the Organizer is not responsible for delivery risks.
• 竞赛包内容以现场为准，遗失或损坏不予补发。
  Race pack contents are subject to availability at the event venue; lost or damaged items will not be replaced.

奖项资格与核验 Awards Eligibility & Verification

• 得奖者姓名须与报名记录一致。
  Winners’ names must match the registration record.
• 主办方有权要求身份证明，主办方决定为最终裁定。
  The Organizer reserves the right to request identification documents. The Organizer’s decision shall be final and binding.
