IPBA 2016 will be organized at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre on 13 - 16 April 2016.

* The theme of the Conference, ‘Diverse Challenges, Global Solutions’, centres on the international flavor and global nature of business transactions, which has been the catalyst for the increasing prevalence of international norms and laws and the opening up of jurisdictions with respect to trade, business and the practice of law. In this regard, the Conference will explore the way in which deals are structured and issues anticipated and resolved in the light of different systems, cultures and laws in the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

The timing of the Conference in 2016 also coincides with the Malaysian Government’s efforts to liberalise and globalise the legal services market, and will therefore present a tremendous opportunity for delegates.
