1. Ticket Purchase
* Admission to the Sharing Session is strictly by ticket purchase only.
* Each ticket admits one (1) person. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Entry & Attendance
* Attendees must present a valid ticket (printed or digital) at the registration counter on the event day.
* Latecomers may be subject to entry restrictions at the discretion of the Organizer.

3. Limited Edition Poster Giveaway
* Each attendee with a valid ticket who is present at the venue will be entitled to receive one (1) limited edition poster.
* Posters are strictly limited in quantity and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis during registration.
* Attendees who do not attend the event in person are not eligible to claim the poster at any other time.

4. Lucky Draw
* Only attendees who have purchased tickets and are physically present at the Sharing Session are eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
* Each valid ticket entitles the holder to one (1) lucky draw entry.
* Winners must be present at the time of the draw to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and re-drawn.

5. Event Changes
* The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, or venue without prior notice.
* In case of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizer has the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event.

6. General
* By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, participants agree to comply with all event rules, guidelines, and health & safety measures.
* The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
