1. Registration
1.1 All participants must complete the official registration form and make full payment before the closing date.
1.2 Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
1.3 Participants must ensure that all personal details provided are accurate and complete.
1.4 Registration fees are strictly non-transferable unless approved by the organizer in writing.
2. Eligibility
2.1 The event is open to individuals aged ___ years and above.
2.2 Participants below 18 years old must obtain written consent from a parent or guardian.
2.3 Participants must be medically fit to join the event. The organizer reserves the right to deny participation if deemed unsafe.
3. Event Participation
3.1 Participants agree to follow all event rules, safety instructions, and directions from event officials and marshals.
3.2 Participants take full responsibility for their own health and safety during the event.
3.3 The organizer shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, accident, or damage before, during, or after the event.
4. Race Kit Collection
4.1 Participants must collect their race kit within the stipulated date and time.
4.2 Uncollected race kits will not be delivered or refunded.
5. Photography & Media
5.1 The organizer reserves the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the event for promotional and marketing purposes without prior notice or compensation.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
6.1 All registration fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal withdrawal, illness, injury, or schedule conflicts.
6.2 In the event of bad weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (force majeure), the organizer reserves the right to:
Postpone the event to a later date; OR
Cancel the event without refund.
6.3 If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, registration fees shall not be refunded. However, the organizer may, at its discretion, provide alternative arrangements such as event merchandise or a virtual run option.
7. Event Changes
7.1 The organizer reserves the right to amend the event date, venue, route, or program without prior notice if necessary for safety or operational reasons.
7.2 Any changes will be communicated through official channels.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for the event, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
