1. Valid at The Chicken Rice Shop Mid Valley, The Gardens Mall only.
2. Please present your identification card and a valid ticket for staff verification to join the event. Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse ticket holder to entry the event.
3. Tickets shall only be purchased through the official Ticket2U website.
4. This event is a free seating layout.
5. The price of the ticket shall be the price set at the time the order for the ticket is accepted. Ticket price exclusive of handling fee ticketing fee & etc.       
6. Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.                   
7. Tickets are valid for single entry only. Once scanned and validated at the event gate, the ticket is considered used and cannot be revalidated or transferred, regardless of who presents it or proof of purchase. The organiser shall not be liable for entry refusal in such cases.          
8. No refunds or exchange of tickets will be made under any circumstances.
9. The event may be postponed, canceled, or stopped due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or other factors beyond the organizer’s control.
10. By attending the event (including upon entry), ticket holders consent to security checks for prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled substances, hazardous materials, and illegal items.
11. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and agree that such content featuring you may be used by the organizer for social media and promotional purposes.
12. By purchasing a Ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your contact details (including your name, email address, and phone number) for future marketing, promotional, and commercial communications by the organizer
13. TCRS Restaurants Sdn.Bhd  reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add, or substitute any artists or performers, and to amend advertised programs, event schedules, seating arrangements, or audience capacity without prior notice.
14. TCRS Restaurants Sdn.Bhd reserves the right to vary and amend any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
15. Any food, beverage, or other items ordered by the ticket holder in addition to the package included with the ticket shall constitute an additional expense, and all such costs shall be the sole responsibility of the ticket holder.
