Christmas is a time for sharing joy and music. Penang Island Chorus, joined by musicians from Musica Sinfonietta and other friends, conducted by Dan Guerrard invite you to our fun-filled annual Christmas concert in the E&O Hotel's Grand Ballroom. The concert will feature a guest appearance by the Phoenix Youth Choir conducted by Donovan Ng, as we believe that learning to sing at a young age is the beginning of a lifetime of enjoyment.


The concert is guaranteed to be fun for the whole family and will include a special surprise for our younger audience members!


This delightful performance will take place in the Grand Ballroom of the beautiful Eastern & Oriental Hotel at 3pm on December 7th, 2025.

Details

Our Christmas Around the World hot air  balloon will be stopping off in a range of different locations to bring you carols and music from other cultures. 

We hope to be joined by a very special VIP from the far north who will also be extremely busy travelling all around the world delivering presents including for all children attending the concert.

Our event will be a fun-filled afternoon event with something for all the family. 

We look forward to having you sing along with us to start the run up to the festive season in high spirits.

2. Latecomers will only be admitted at a suitable break in the programme.

5. Children are welcome to attend this family concert, but if you child is distressed or noisy please take them outside the ballroom until they are calm again.
