Terms & Conditions: Monster Lab Colouring Contest
1. Eligibility
• The Halloween Trick or Treat event is open to all children aged 5-12 years.
• The event will be held on 26 October & 2 November 2025, from at 3 – 4 PM.
• Gathering point for all participants is at the Main Atrium, LaLaport BBCC.
2. Registration and Fees
• Online Registration Fee: RM12, inclusive of a LaLaport tote bag, exclusive Wizards Academy sticker, shopping voucher, wristband and a candy pumpkin bucket.
• Participants are required to register at www.ticket2u.com.my and must bring proof of registration or payment confirmation on the event day.
• Walk-ins are only allowed upon availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Event Details
• The Trick or Treat walk will run for an estimated 30 minutes to 1 hour.
• Children must bring their candy pumpkin bucket or any additional bags to collect treats from participating stores.
• Participants will receive candies at different stores during the walk as designated by the organizer.
4. Event Guidelines
• Participants must arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event for registration and gathering at the Main Atrium.
• Children must follow the designated route as outlined by the event organizers.
• Parents and children shall remain respectful of store staff and other participants at all times.
• Parents are required to accompany their children throughout the event.
• Parents and children are encouraged to dress up in Halloween costumes for the occasion.
5. Costumes and Safety
• Costumes are encouraged but must be family-friendly and suitable for young children.
• Participants should avoid wearing costumes that obstruct vision, or feature sharp objects, fire hazards, or anything that may pose safety risks to - themselves or others.
• Parents must ensure that their children’s costumes are safe and comfortable for walking.
6. Liability
• LaLaport BBCC is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damage to property during the event.
• Parents are fully responsible for supervising their children’s safety throughout the event.
• All ticket are non-refundable once purchased.
7. General Terms
• LaLaport BBCC reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event at its discretion, without prior notice.
• The organizer has the right to disqualify or remove any participant (s) found in violation of the event guidelines or acting inappropriately.
8. Privacy and Data Usage
• Personal data collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of the event and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
• By participating in the event, participants and their guardians provide consent for photographs and videos to be taken during the event.
• These images and recordings may be used by LaLaport BBCC for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes without any form of compensation.
By registering for the event, participants and their guardians agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined above.
