1.  All attendees need a VALID ticket to enter the event venue. One (1) ticket admits one (1) person only

2.  All tickets will be sold online and issues electronically (Excluded meet and greet)

3.  The age limit is sixteen (16) years old and above with permit to be with the parents.

4.  Kids are not allow to attend the concert.

5.  One (1) ID can be used to purchase up to ten (10) tickets per transaction.

6.  Once the tickets are sold,No exchange,cancellation or refund is allowed under any circumstances.
7.  The ticket price shall be the price set at the time the ticket order is accepted. The price is exclusive of handling fees,Ticketing fees etc

8.  The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The Organiser(s) reserve the right to cancel any tickets found to have been resold ; tickets are non-transferable and will be rendered invalid if resold.

9.  Tickets purchased from unauthorised tickets sellers or scalpers will be counted as void and cannot be use at the concert.

10.  Removing,altering,and/or defacing any part of the QR code may invalidate the ticket.

11.  For multiple ticket purchased on behalf of friend or family
• You are solely responsible for all the tickets under purchase.
• Please ensure the ticket is given only to the right recipient and not shared with any other third-party

12.  In the Event of any change in the Identity Card(s) submitted during the online purchase,the current valid Identity Card must be produced before the Ticket2u customer service agents or any authorized personnel that can make the necessary amendments. The ticket2u/Organiser customer service reserves the right request further confirmation or documents to verify the ID of the purchaser. If the provided confirmation or documents are insufficient to verify the ID of the purchaser,the Ticket2u/Organiser's ground floor staff reserve the absolute right to refuse entry.

13.  Third parties are NOT allowed to enter the concert event.

14.  In the event of duplicate access on the event day,the purchaser is required to provide proof of purchase. Failure to provide sufficient evidence will result in denied entry.

15.  Ticket2U is not responsible for any ticket is lost, stolen or destroyed.

16.  Information is collected from those registering with Ticket2u in order to facilitate tickets or other services available. The information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

17.  Personal Data Protection
The information collected from those registering with ticket2u in order for marketing promotion will be in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Notice Policy. By registering, the Registrant provide his/her consent to ticket2u / concert organiser in processing their information and permits sponsors, partners and/or other third parties to contact Registrant to receive marketing materials and communications for future events, promotions and marketing and promotional activities.

18.  Purchase from Unauthorised Sources / Refusal of Admission

* Purchase of ticket shall only be made in our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my. Any ticket purchased from any other source may be unauthorised copies and purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.

* In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.

* Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.


19.  Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold. All Ticket will be rendered as invalid if resold.

20.  Weather Condition

If this is an indoor event, it will not be impacted by raining.

If this is an outdoor event, it might be under raining – Rain coat will be available for purchase on the venue.

The show will continue if there are raining.


21.  Delay & Postponement

* Ticket2u does not allow any exchange or cancellation of tickets under any circumstances and tickets sold are neither transferable nor refundable unless otherwise permitted under paragraph below.

* In the event of postponement, the ticket purchased for the original event date may be applicable and valid for the new event date unless otherwise notified.

* Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.


22. Cancellation

* Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.

* In the event any of the performing group is unable to attend or participate, and beyond its organizer’s reasonable control, no refund can be claimed under any circumstances.

* Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.


23.  Consent

* During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices.


24.  Assumption of Risk

* The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual Event, including but not limited to any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.


25.  Changes to Event

* Organizer reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute any artists / performers’ and or vary advertised programmes, event times, seating arrangements and audience capacity without prior notice.

* Organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.


25.  Recording / Audiotaping

* No photography, audio or video recording is allowed during the Event.


26.  Amendments

* Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to supplement, add, change or amend any of these terms and conditions at any time and at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.

28.  Not allowed

* Smoking,Vaping,Alcohol,Drugs are not allowed during the concert. The security have rights to take actions.
