By registering, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility
- Open to everyone (including foreigners) who has an address in Malaysia only.
- Participants under 18 years must obtain parental/guardian consent.
2. Categories
- Two categories available: 3 km/4000 steps and 5 km/6500 steps.
- Distances can be completed in one run or cumulatively within the event period.
- Walking or running is accepted; cycling or motorised activities are not permitted.
3. Proof of Completion & E-Certificate
- Participants must submit proof of run (GPS app screenshot or treadmill photo showing date, distance, duration).
- Submission deadline: 28 February 2026, 11:59 pm (MYT).
- An e-certificate will be issued after verification of results.
4. Race Entitlements
- All participants will receive:
- 1 Finisher Medal
- 1 Event T-shirt
- E-certificate (upon valid result submission)
- T-shirts and medals will start delivery on or before 28 February 2026.
- Delivery is limited to Malaysia only.
- If there is a return of the parcel during the delivery of the rewards for whatever reason. Upon request, we will arrange to resend the reward but the delivery charges will be borne by participants. If no request of the parcel to be resent within 2 months, the participant will be considered as disqualified and the reward will not be resent.
- Any address changes after registration will incur additional charges.
- The Finisher's T-shirt size is strictly based on the size selected by the participant during registration; any request for a size change will not be entertained.
- Participants who choose self-collection may collect at a designated venue in Kuching (Details to be announced via Email, Facebook & Ticket2U).
5. Fees, Refunds & Changes
- All registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
- Registrations are non-transferable.
- Size actual measurements may vary ±5%.
- All merchandises’ colour, design and material may be different from illustration and are subject to change without notice.
6. Safety & Responsibility
- Participants must ensure they are medically fit and participate at their own risk.
- The Organizer is not liable for injuries, accidents, or health issues arising during participation.
- The participants hereby indemnify and keep indemnified the Organiser against any suits, actions, claims or legal proceedings for any injuries or actions caused by participants themselves or caused by any third party not related to the Organiser.
7. Disqualification
- Submitting false/fraudulent results or using another person’s data, may result in disqualification without entitlement to the shirt and medal.
8. Charity Contribution
- After covering event costs and allocating funds for future club community projects, the net surplus will be equally distributed among three beneficiaries:
- Sarawak Children’s Cancer Society (SCCS)
- Lions Nursing Home (LNH)
9. Privacy & Media
- Personal data will be used strictly for event administration and handled in compliance with PDPA.
- Participants agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information about the Participants. The Organiser may contact the Participants time by e-mail or text message.
- Any notice sent to the e-mail address registered with the Organiser shall consider as received by the Participants. If the Participants provide any information that is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, or the Organiser has rights to suspect that such information is inaccurate, untrue, not current or incomplete, the Organiser may suspend or terminate the Participants’ registration and fees will not be refunded.
10. Organizer’s Rights
- The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, event entitlements,or dates as necessary.
- Any notice sent to the email address registered with the Organizer shall be deemed as received by the Participant.
- The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising from incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
- Decisions made by the Organizer are final and binding.
