General Sales Conditions

• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility.
• Please keep your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.
• All tickets will be sold online & issued electronically only.
• For multiple ticket purchasers, you are solely responsible for all the tickets under your purchase.
• For those who purchase on behalf of a friend or family member, please make sure the ticket is only given to the right person.
• For the avoidance of doubt, one (1) ID can only be used to purchase up to SIX (6) tickets per transaction.
• The purchaser must be able to show, for registration purposes, the e-confirmation verification sent to the purchaser and a clear soft copy of the Identity card submitted online during the ticket purchase. On-ground access control procedures and methods are bound by the Terms & Conditions of Sale specified herein and any other provisions as may be specified from time to time. 
• Purchasers MUST show their original Identity Card and confirmation email with QR code upon collection. In the event the confirmation or documents provided are insufficient to verify the ID of the individual and/or purchaser, Organizer reserves the absolute right to refuse the ticket holder entry into the hall.
• A valid QR code ticket must be produced to get into the event venue. Removing any part of and/or, altering and/or defacing the QR code may invalidate the ticket. 
• The resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been found to have been resold. 
• Ticket2u will not be responsible for any ticket that is lost, stolen or destroyed.
• If in the case of duplicate access on the event day, you are required showing the proof of purchase, if fail to provide require evident, no entry will be allowed.

Purchase from Unauthorized Sources / Refusal of Admission

• The purchase of tickets shall only be made on our designated website at https://www.ticket2u.com.my/(“Website”),
• Any Ticket purchased from any other source may be an unauthorized copy and the purchaser(s) may be refused admittance to the Event.
• In the event that the purchaser provides false or incorrect data when making the purchase, the purchaser may be barred from attending the Event.
• Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse the admission to and/or eject any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by us and/or the venue.

Cancellation

• The organizer reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to dangerous situations or any other causes beyond its reasonable control.
• Ticket2u/Organizer reserves the rights to change or amend any terms and conditions at any time at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
  
  

Consent

• During the Event (including entry into the Event), the ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items, including but not limited to weapons, controlled, dangerous and illegal substances, and recording devices.
