Event T&C:-
1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Haha Run. By registering, participants agree to abide by all rules set by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, substitute, or update these terms and event rules at any time without prior notice. If there is any ambiguity in any of the provision of the terms, the Organizer will be the authority to interpret and in so doing, the Organizer will take into account the interest of all affected participants. The decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding. If there is any changes of the event, it is the responsibility of the participants to keep abreast with such updates and changes.

2. Event date
- 14 December 2025

3. Category and it's flag off time
- Category A: 5km (7:15am)
- Category B : 10km (7:00am)
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, defer and or add any event category without prior notice to the participant.

4. Eligibility
- Open to all ages. Participants below 18 years old must have consent from a parent/guardian and children must be accompanied by an adult.
- The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or disqualify entries in cases of inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent registration details. The Organizer also reserves the right at its absolute discretion to exclude or disqualify any participants whom the Organizer is of the opinion to be acting in any manner which is against the interest of the Organizer or the event or which is in violation of the terms or any rules or regulations of the event or in case of (suspicion of) foul play or fraud.

5. Registration & Payment
- Complete registration with full payment required to finalize registration. All fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferrable for whatever reason.
- Registration is confirmed only upon full payment and issuance of a confirmation slip.
- All entry details must be true, accurate, and complete. The Organizer may suspend, reject or revoke registration if false or incomplete details are provided. The Organizer will not entertain nor be in any way responsible for any disputes arising for incomplete or inaccurate entry details in the registration form.
- Participants must provide a valid emergency contact during registration.
- Participants are strictly not allowed to transfer entries to another party or change categories once registration is confirmed. Please ensure to select the category that you are eligible for. Otherwise, you will have to re-register.
- The Organizer may contact the participant from time to time by email. Any notice send to the email address registered with the Organizer deem as receive by the participants.
- Race kit (bib, event T-shirt, and other items) must be collected during the designated collection period. Late collection will not be entertained, and uncollected kits may be disposed of or redistributed. The Organizer may extend the collection time at the Organizer discretion and on a goodwill basis only. For the avoidance of doubt, the Organizer is not obliged to extend the collection time or to ensure the participant receive their race entry pack.
- Participants are unable to modify their shirt size once registration is completed. The Organizer will provide the T-shirt based on the specified size stated in the registration form. (If any of the specific sizes are unavailable, the organizer has the right to replace the stated sizes with a different size)

6. Health & Liability
- Entry is at participants’ own risk. All participants should be medically fit; organizers aren’t liable for injury or death unless due to proven gross negligence.
- Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination and or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.
- By registering, participants accept the risks inherent in the event, including personal injury, property damage, or death, and waive claims against the Organizer and its partners.
- The Organizer is not responsible for any loss, injury or claims from using sponsored and non-sponsored products or services in this run.

7. Personal Data & Insurance
- By registering, participants consent to data usage for administrative purposes.
- Participant agree to accept promotional materials/ items from the Organizer whether in relation to the event or otherwise.

8. Event Changes & Cancellation
- Organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event. No refunds will be issued, even in cases of force majeure like extreme weather, catastrophic or natural disaster.
- The organizer reserves the right to delay the commencement of the race in the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or extreme weather condition.
- In the event of catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in postponement or cancellation of the above event, the organizer shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by individuals or parties concerned.
- The Organizer reserve the right to amend the event’s race routes as it deem fit whether for the safety of the participants/ or to prevent any potential hazards in the running of the event or otherwise , at any time without prior notice to the participant. In such event, every effort will be made to inform the participant prior to the date of the event.

9. Race Day Rules
- Participants must visibly display bibs on his/her chest at all times during the event’s race. Follow route directions and start times. Non-compliance may lead to disqualification.
- A Participant who commences to run in categories A and B before the actual start time (“Flag- Off Time”) of his/her registered category in the Event will be disqualified. Participants who do not start within 20 minutes from the Flag-Off Time will be disqualified and for safety reasons may not be allowed to start.
- Participants must follow the designated route and comply with instructions from event officials, marshals, and security personnel.
- Participants must retire immediately if instructed by medical staff, the Race Director, or security personnel.
- Pets, bicycles, in-line skates, shoes with built-in or attached rollers and any other wheel- run objects (motor-powered or otherwise) are not allowed other than official event and medical vehicles.
- Road closure where applicable will be lifted after completion of the race. The route will not be guarded by road marshals after the closure time. As per the instruction by the authorities, no participants are allowed to remain on the route after the closure time. If the participant proceed to run after the closure time it will be at participant own risk. Timing will not be consider valid after closure time.

10. Media Release
- The organizer reserves the right to use any photograph (including those of participants), motion pictures, recordings or any other media records of the event taken before, during and after the event, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to sponsors.

11. Personal Belongings
- Participants are responsible for their belongings. Organizers are not liable for loss, theft, or vehicle-related issues.

12. Finisher Medals
- Finisher medals will be distributed at the finish line to all participants. No claims will be entertained after race day.

The committee is a group of passionate volunteers from diverse backgrounds who share a common vision: to promote unity, well-being, and positive community spirit through joyful and meaningful activities.
