RULES AND REGULATIONS


a) Saujana Utama Unity Fund Run 2025 is organised by Masjid Saujana Utama Sg Buloh


b) All Participants must complete an official Saujana Utama Unity Fund Run 2025 entry form in order to participate in the race.


c) Completion of the official entry form including online registration, confirm the participants agreement to abide by all events Rules and Regulation Registration to participants in the race day only confirm upon successful completion of the race form, entry fee payment.


d) Participants must complete their registration details with true, accurate and current information.


e) Inaccurate or incomplete information can be grounds for disqualification or barring from the event with no refund.


f) Participants must agree to receive contract from the Event Organiser from time to time by email. Any notice sent by email organiser to the supplied address on the registration form shall be deemed received by the participants.


g) The Organiser reserve the right to use any photography (including those of participants) motion pictures, recordings or any other media records of the event taken before and after the events, for any legitimate purpose including commercial advertising and distribution to Sponsors.


h) Whilst every reasonable precaution will be taken by the organiser to ensure participant safety, participants run at their own risk and the organisers will not be responsible or held liable for any injury or death howsoever arising from training for a during participation in the race. Participants are strongly encouraged to go for a medical examination or consult their medical practitioner prior to registration and before the actual race day.


i) The organiser reserves the right to delay the commencement of the race in the events of heavy rain, thunderstorm or extreme weather conditions. Persist after delay; the organizer reserves the right to cancel the race without any refund. In the event of heavy rain or thunderstorm or catastrophic or natural disaster resulting in postponements or cancellation of the above events the organisers shall not be held responsible for any claims whatsoever in any form made by individuals or parties concerned.


j) The Organiser reserves the right to cancel or postpone Saujana Utama Unity Fund Run 2025 at any time with or without prior notice to the participants, in which case they will make reasonable efforts to inform the participant prior to the new date event if it is to be postponed. There shall be no refund of the fees paid and the organiser shall be no refund of fees paid and the organisers shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused.


k) The organiser reserves the right to remove any participant deemed physically incapable of continuing with the race to prevent him/her from causing greater harm and injury to him/her.


l) The organiser reserves the right to amend the rules and regulations without giving prior notification or any reason thereof.


m) Parents / guardian are responsible for the safety of their own children. The organiser is not responsible for any harm happen to them during the event.
