Rules & Regulations

To ensure a fair, safe, and exciting challenge and race experience, all participants are required to follow the rules and conditions below.

1. Eligibility

• The Kids Category is open to participants 12 years old and below.

• The Open Category is open to participants 12 years old and above.

• Participants under 18 years old must obtain parent or guardian consent during registration.

• This is a non-Muslim event.

• The race will be conducted by group participation.

• For group registration, each team must have a minimum of 4 and or a maximum of 6 members.

2. Registration

• Platform: All participants must register via Ticket2U.

• Period: Registration is open from 1 November 2025 to 30 November 2025.

Fees:

• Open Category (12 & above): RM25 per person

• Kids Category (below 12): RM20 per person

Individual Registration:

• The organizer will arrange solo participants into a team.

• If you were invited by a friend, please refer to your friend’s Group Cluster Name when registering.

Group Registration:

• All team members must register under one group selection.

• Registration fees are non-refundable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

3. Race Format & Challenge Guidelines

• The Ultimate Race is a physical and mental challenge involving multiple checkpoints and team-based tasks.

• Tasks may include elements of speed, endurance, teamwork, coordination, and problem-solving.

• All participants must follow the route and instructions provided by the organizing team.

• No cheating, shortcutting, or interference with other teams is allowed. Any form of misconduct will lead to disqualification.

• The race will proceed rain or shine, unless weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the organizer.

• Participants must bring their own water bottles and stay hydrated throughout the event.

4. Safety & Liability

• All participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the event.

• The organizer reserves the right to remove participants who appear unfit or unwell.

• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during, before, or after the race.

• Participants must follow all safety instructions and directions from marshals and crew.

• Any damage caused to venue property or equipment will be the participant’s responsibility.

5. Judging & Awards

  All participants who complete the race will receive a Finisher Medal as recognition of their effort and teamwork.

  Winners will be determined based on completion time, team spirit and adherence to rules.

  
  

• Bonus points may be awarded for team spirit during challenges.

• Participants shall complete at the final station consider completed. 

6. General Terms

• If a participant or team withdraws, registration fees will not be refunded.

• The organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the event without prior notice. If there are any changes we will be communicated as soon as possible. 

• By registering, participants confirm that all information provided is accurate and agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.

• Entry into the Ultimate Race signifies acceptance of these rules and regulations.
