A Comic Fiesta 2025 event ticket with 21st Dec (Sunday / Day 2) access is required BEFORE obtaining Night Jam tickets. The following are the eligible event tickets;
Due to ClariS' Meet & Greet (Day 1, 20th Dec) taking place on a different day from the Night Jam (Day 2, 21st Dec), any VVIP ticket purchase for ClariS will require a Comic Fiesta 2025 event ticket with 20th Dec (Saturday / Day 1) access for the Meet & Greet session. The following are the eligible event tickets;

Comic Fiesta 2025 entry passes and Special Live concert tickets are separate tickets. Both tickets must be purchased/obtained beforehand, to enter concert venue.
All Special Live concert tickets purchased online must be exchanged for a physical concert ticket at the Coffytiam Booth at Comic Fiesta 2025. This includes winners from the Lucky Draw category as well.
Each customer is only allowed to purchase a maximum of 5 concert tickets regardless of category.

General Special Live Concert Ticket Terms & Conditions
Special Live concert seats will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis based on the ticket category selected. You will not be able to select a specific seat.
Please note that Special Live concert tickets are sold only during the pre-order period. There will be no tickets sold at or during the event.
Special Live concert tickets are only available via Ticket2U. Please check the purchase page for pricing and seat details.
By purchasing a Special Live concert entry ticket, you as an attendee agree to abide by the terms and conditions spelled out on our website here.

Physical Ticket Redemption Details
All Night Jam concert tickets purchased online MUST be exchanged for a physical concert ticket at the Coffytiam Booth at Comic Fiesta 2025 (refer to event map for location once disclosed).
A general event ticket/pass is required to access the Coffytiam booth at Comic Fiesta 2025 Exhibition Floor, for the exchange process. (refer to ticketing.comicfiesta.org)
"Comic Fiesta 2025 Entry Passes" and "Comic Fiesta 2025 Night Jam Tickets" are separate tickets. Both tickets must be purchased and shown to enter concert venue.
The exchange period at the booth is from 10.00am to 7.00pm, on 21st Dec (Sunday) only.
Physical ticket exchanges are 1-for-1 based on number of tickets purchased (eg; if 5 online tickets purchased, only 5 physical tickets will be issued)
Please show the QR code from your ticket purchase email for the exchange process.
Organisers reserve the right to not entertain any proof of online purchases shown at concert doors, and will be refused if no physical tickets is shown or produced at time of concert. There will be no exceptions.

Prohibited
Photography and videography of the concert is strictly prohibited. Attendees caught breaking this rule will be ejected from the event hall without a refund.
For the convenience of attendees, bringing oversized costumes, luggage or any items that may prohibit the viewing of the performance is prohibited and must be placed outside of the venue.
For the safety of the event site, weapons or items resembling weapons aren’t allowed. (e.g. gun, sickle, sword, spear, trident, knife, shield, mace, hammer, rod, clubs, etc.) For more information, please check the event terms & conditions and prop policy.
Please do not wear clothing that is offensive to public order and morals.
