Kidster Terms & Conditions Parental Responsibility

• I hereby agree to ensure that my children or any children under my care are supervised by myself at all times and do not behave in any manner that may cause danger or discomfort to themselves or others.
• I acknowledge that the responsibility for the safety of my children or any children under my care within the play centre rests entirely with me.
• The staff and management of Kidster shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage of any nature suffered by me, my children, or any children under my care, including but not limited to loss or damage of personal property.

Penalty Clause

• A penalty of RM20 will be charged for any incidents involving diaper changing, urination, or vomiting within the Kidster premises.

Personal Data

• I hereby agree to register my personal data to receive information and communications from Kidster.

Ticket Validity

• Tickets are valid for one-day access, allowing unlimited entry and exit on the same day.

This flexibility enables visitors to take breaks and re-enter the play area as needed.

Ticket Pricing

• Ticket prices vary depending on the day of the visit.

Refund & Exchange Policy

• Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once purchased.
• Please ensure you select the correct date and ticket type during purchase.

Entry will only be permitted if:

• Body temperature is below 38°C.
• There are no symptoms of flu, cough, fever, or suspicious rashes.
• Failure to meet these health conditions will result in ticket invalidation.

Safety and Supervision

• Parents or guardians are required to supervise their children at all times. Kidster staff are present to maintain cleanliness within the play area.

Processing Fee, Booking & Fast Lane Access

• A processing fee and booking fee are included in the total ticket price at checkout.
• Customers who purchase tickets online are entitled to fast lane access upon redemption for quicker entry.
• Please proceed to the counter for online ticket validation.

Child Ticket

• 1 year old (1 day) to 14 years old 
• OKU Card or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) card must be presented at the counter upon OKU / PWD ticket redemption.

Additional Rules

• Socks Requirement: All customers must wear socks within the premises. Socks are available for purchase at the counter.
• Right of Refusal: Kidster reserves the right to deny entry to any customer deemed unwell, unhygienic, or displaying inappropriate behavior.
• In such cases, the comfort and safety of other guests will be prioritized.
• Adult Entry Policy: Each child ticket entitles one (1) adult entry free of charge.
• Additional adults will be charged RM10 per person at the counter.
• Age Verification: Children under 2 years old must present valid identification (IC, ID, or passport) for age verification.
• Failure to provide valid documentation may result in denial of entry and ticket forfeiture, or the standard rate for children aged 2 and above will be applied.

• No outside foods & beverages.
• We recommend you to use a personal e-mail address for your ticket purchase. If you used your work e-mail for the transaction and have not received the e-mail notification, do check your Spam folder. It is possible that your employer has marked this as Spam. However, if you have not received any e-mail notification or your E-Ticket, do contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.
