Paragliding at Ranau usually lasts 5 minutes and above
ℹ️ Flight time varies depending on weather and body weight. Not all passengers will have the same duration. If you're lucky, you might get a longer flight than usual!

* Covered shoes
* Comfortable clothing (long pants recommended to avoid scratches during take-off or landing)
* Sunblock

Term & Condition:

• Ranau with Borneo Paragliding management will contact ticket buyer to arrange time slot after purchased ticket at Ticket2U. Our team will send a pin location by WhatsApp or email.
• If the Participant provides any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, or if the Ranau with Borneo Paragliding management has ground to believe that such information is untrue, inaccurate, outdated or incomplete, the Ranau with Borneo Paragliding may at any time suspend, revoke, cancel or terminate the Participant's registration for the Event or entitlement and fees will not be refunded.
• In the case that we have to cancel the flight due to bad weather, you will be entitled to arrange for other days at your convenience OR you may request for partial refund. Ticket2u online processing fee 5% are not refundable and Refund admin fee 5% will be charge to buyer upon refund approved by organizer. Please contact Ranau with Borneo Paragliding for more details.
• This paragliding experience is not suitable for kids below 2 years old.
• Participant are require to present their e-ticket(Printed/soft copy) confirmation & NRIC (MyKad) OR Passport at the counter for verification purpose.
• Confirmed registrations are transferable to any other persons.
•  Ranau with Borneo Paragliding Management reserves the right to change the operation hours, close any exhibits due to maintenance or stop operations during adverse weather conditions due to safety concerns.
• Ranau with Borneo Paragliding management reserves the right, at its own discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
